I just signed up with Lonestar and had such a wonderful experience with Joseph that I wanted to start this review. I have a unique situation where I'm currently in a month-to-month rental in the same neighborhood as a home that we just purchased and are renovating. I had previously spoke to another highly-rated pest control company but they required annual contracts on both properties. Joseph and Lonestar, on the other hand, were wonderfully accomodating. I had recently noticed a smell like a rat in my garage. I put out small traps but had no luck. I went into the garage today and the smell was very strong. I don't have a pest contol so I called a couple of places and they couldn't get out to my house for 3 days, then I called Joseph with Lonestar and he was in my garage in about an hour and a half. We had an ant issue that was appearing in different areas of our home. Decided to give Lonestar a call for a quote and see how they'd compare with a few other companies nearby. They had the lowest price point which is usually an Awar of concern... not this time however! Their technician came out and assessed our pest problem and was able to remove the ants inside our closet and bathroom areas. It took about a week to notice the difference and it was well worth the wait. A few weeks later we noticed another ant issue in our kitchen this time. Called them and asked about their guarantee and they came out and treated the kitchen area as well as the rest of our home just to be safe. Wow...they return your call fast and both appts were set up within two days of call (not sure if that's the normal, but it worked for us). First call was for our son's house, ants were completely gone within two weeks. Son came to visit us and I told him I had seen two ants in random places in the house and he found where they were coming in. Very, very tiny ants (not the kind that go for pet food). Joseph came and not only sprayed for the ants but knocked down all the wasp nests around the house (we live out in the country). What a nice young man! Sent him home with a dozen and a half container of fresh eggs! Plan on being on the 6 month maintenance plan, well worth the peace of mind and he used products that are safe around our chickens and feral cats. read more

He sprayed off my outdoor ceiling both front and back patio- they look great! I only wanted the exterior and he did just that!
