I have been a customer for 2 years now and I am overall pleased with service. I like that if I am not satisfied they always address my issues. Customer service is always A+. I do think the thoroughness of the technicians varies. I have seen less bugs enter my house ( very old house) since getting the service. I do wish they had better ant control services. I also get monthly mosquito services April- October. It has greatly impacted how many mosquitos are in my yard. Also their products are pollinator and animal safe. read more

I contacted All-Safe Pest Management for a quote on termite treatment and was appalled by the unprofessionalism I encountered. I am a seasoned residential construction inspector with 22 years of experience holding a Texas exterminator license (for inspection purposes only), and I have an in-depth understanding of termite behavior and treatment efficacy. When I expressed my well-founded concern that bait stations are not the most effective form of termite control--especially in Texas, where soil treatments with proven termiticides like fipronil are demonstrably more reliable--the representative didn't attempt to engage in a civil discussion or even listen. Instead, she abruptly hung up the phone. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Dismissing a knowledgeable caller simply because they challenge your sales pitch suggests either insecurity about your own product or a refusal to have an informed conversation. If this is how All-Safe Pest Management handles potential clients who ask legitimate, technical questions, I would hate to see how they respond to actual concerns once a contract is signed. Homeowners deserve companies that operate with professionalism, respect, and integrity--not outfits that resort to hang-ups when questioned. I have been with this company for almost 10 years. I initially went with them because of the "All Safe" reassurance that the chemicals and methods are safe for children and animals. What happened recently was extremely eye opening and sad. My eyes were opened to my own ignorance and blind trust in "all safe". Rodent control. Do you think about what that means? I didn't. It must be safe and target the rodents right? Hardly. I recently found a baby possum in my driveway, bleeding from its feet. I took it to a wildlife rescue where after a couple days they realized the bleeding wasn't stopping and the poor creature had been poisoned. Likely culprit? Rat poison. Ok, so let's you don't care about opossums. Do you care about your dogs? Or any other wildlife? Well, this is how that rat poison works. It poisons whatever happens to eat it and then that animal walks about the earth getting sicker and slower as it slowly bleeds to death. Meanwhile, it becomes easy prey to hawks, owls, dogs, cats, or any other predator. That predator eats the poisoned animal and guess what? They get to slowly bleed to death too. Was this baby possum poisoned by my All safe rat box? No way to know, but it certainly could have been. It could also be your dog or cat. I never thought about it until now. And now I feel sick about it. Want to know what that looks like? See attached pictures. And no, she probably won't survive. P.S. This is not so much a bad review on this particular company as it is an attempt to get people to think. Although the name does lull you into happy ignorance. Unfortunately, pretty much all pest companies do this. I have nothing bad to say about their service other than I really blindly wanted to believe that poison is "safe". I have asked them to remove the boxes and they were happy to. Please be aware and look to other solutions than just using poison bait boxes. UPDATE: Little possum was humanely euthanized. She was bleeding from more than her feet and began vomiting blood. At least she did not have to suffer as much as she could have on her own. read more

Fantastic! I moved from Colorado and brushed off all the recommendations to have my house treated for pests. I slowly became immune to the creepy crawlies, but the fleas were outrageous and I wanted them gone ASAP. When I contacted other pest control services, a one time treatment was almost the same price as a year-long subscription for All Safe. I thought I saw my big nemesis - a cockroach. Regardless of what it might have been, that bug was not paying rent and it needed to be eliminated. I contacted All-Safe and they were very responsive in getting me signed up for service and finding a time that worked for me to send the tech. My tech, Kevin H., called before he arrived, and was prompt upon his arrival. He explored the entire house and treated every possible place where I could be invaded by pests. He was clear in how long my dog needed to wait until he could go outside, and was also very communicative regarding what to do if I saw something before he returned for scheduled service. I was a prospective customer and can't speak to the service itself, but more to the onboarding customer experience. Everyone at All-Safe was responsive and very nice to talk to and work with. It genuinely seems like a great company, and I would assume that customer service would be good if you were a customer. However, they operate a business model that is one of my most hated things as a consumer. The annual contract requirement. As a business owner myself I understand how it helps with the value of the company especially if positioning to sell to a big national company, but as a consumer it's awful. My situation is that I currently have a month-to-month rental and a home that we are currently renovating. I wanted service at both properties because we are at both houses a lot (they are in the same neighborhood) and we are probably going to be able to move later in the summer. I want to get ahead of Operation Mosquito as much as possible. However, I absolutely did NOT want to get locked into a year-long contract on a property that we will only be living at for the next few months. Although nice, the rep at All-Safe said there was nothing they could do and I would have to enter into an annual contract for both properties. I politely declined and continued my search. I signed up both properties with another highly-rated pest control service that doesn't require annual contracts and even gave me a discount because I'm going to have 2 properties for the next few months. read more

I recently moved into a new place and have been seeing lots of pests. I called to get more information about their services and ended up booking them to come spray later that week. I worked with Travis and he explained the process and got to work. It took around 30 minutes to spray everything and get rid of any spider webs, wasp nests, or ant hills. When he finished, he showed me of possible places pests could be entering my home. It's only been a week, but I have yet to see any pests crawling anywhere. read more

I generally don't post reviews for a company unless I'm impressed with their work, and I don't recall the last time I posted a negative review. When I called and spoke with Isaac I explained that I was seeking an interior treatment of my home, and I specifically said several times that I want no service of any kind on the exterior. Isaac told me that they had a plan to could provide exactly what I was looking for, and he moved on to explain to me that all I had to do was enroll in a one year plan. Since he had promised what I was looking for I told him he could go ahead and email the agreement to me for my signature. When the email arrived and I opened it up I saw that the specifications for the service they would provide to me was 100% on the exterior of my home. I emailed back explaining this was incorrect and I asked for a new agreement to be emailed to me that was representative of the service I had very explicitly requested. A few minutes later Isaac called me back and asked what specifically was incorrect about the agreement he'd sent to me. It was like we hadn't spoken before at all, and perhaps he speaks to many customers every day so I explained to him again that I was not seeking any exterior treatment and I went over again with him precisely what I wanted. His reply was that the contract I was to sign was prefilled out and there was no way to uncheck the boxes showing only exterior service, and that the best he could do was put in special comments about my specific request. This call was now the third contact I'd had with this company: first call, email exchange, second call. After three times interacting with a company and they finally tell you the contract they need you to sign will not reflect what it is you have asked for and instead will reflect the opposite, it's clear that they are more interested in sales than in providing the service brought sought by their customer. In looking over other reviews now I see that their exterior service has in fact had a deleterious effect on outdoor plants, which validates for me that I did well to steer clear of this company. Now I will copy and paste the email I sent them explaining why I would not become their customer: "I specifically asked for an inside service only. the agreement you sent for me to sign had only exterior service, which is not what I'm looking for and do not want. Your representative called me back when I emailed that the agreement he sent for my signature did not accurately represent what i had requested and his reply, more or less, was that there is nothing he can do about it. 1) it's obvious to me that you did not listen to what I requested and 2) you do not care whatsoever about my wishes and plan to provide a one size fits all kind of service. I'm not interested in doing business with any company who straight up doesn't care for my wishes. I plan to copy and paste this text message into your google and yelp reviews. Had an amazing experince right from the beginning. I put a request out thru yelp git prompt response and they went right down my list of needs. I needed general ants and bugs and also noticed precious homeowner had termite traps. We ran down prices for the various services and I was very happy with the prices. The guys showed up right on time and went about their business without upsetting the household. Even our dogs welcomed their visit. Great follow up afew days later and the treatments stopped the ants immediately even faster than they predicted. I have had very bad experiences with pest control over the years and I would say this was the most straight forward and honest I have dealt with. I hope older folks that fall pray to shenanigans use this company as they are as good as advertised and give advice that is correct for the issue. I had my property sprayed again in hopes that the mosquito population would calm down. The technician came and spent a decent amount of time going through the property and spraying. We have a creek about 500 feet from the house, and I was told with the recent rains and boom in the population it would be very hard to control them. Well after the spray there was no change and we are still covered in bites. Everyone was very kind and helpful but I can't justify the cost if it's not working, so I canceled and will use a more affordable option. read more

These guys are awesome. Family owned company, nice people and do a great job. We used Terminex for years. The last few months it was a 2 week wait for an appointment with Terminex. When we did schedule an appointment, they wouldn't show up! All safe sprayed inside and out. They treated our ant beds and set rat traps, which we caught 3 mice. They are also cheaper than Terminex. $59 first month plus $29 each additional month. I believe Terminex was $140 or $150 a quarter. Also, when you call you get a love person in their office.
