We called Dynasty pest control b/c of a clothing & pantry moth issue. We have gone through our house and hung MANY of the hormone moth traps and the problem continues. I don't know where they're coming from but I think the chimney is one place that's a problem which I told him, so he hung 1 out side the closed flu ( I said " wouldn't it be more effective if the flu were open? and we hung it close to the interior of the fireplace. A young man came out and said hang these little pheromone catchers and they will take it back to the nest so they can't breed. I showed him around the entire house which is a five bedroom and he only wanted to hang three. I asked him how many square feet it covered he could not answer that he said "a lot" ... really?? This is a ranch style home almost 4000 ft.². I I question if the moths aren't under control in 2-3 weeks, which is what he promised how would they guarantee their work? He said we can come back But you could also order these online. I was surprised to hear this ...when we looked online we could order a Pack of 16(?) for $60.00 he charged us $145 for 3 or 4 & was here for 20 min... No such thing as service anymore!! Call a real exterminator if you have pest problems! Very disappointed in the obviously untrained staff Unsolved moth problem, cheep solution (not) online & high service fee for 3...4 plastic hangers. The scammers are so prevalent and absolutely maddning. SO SAD read more

Had Dynasty out again this time for wasps. I knew I wanted to use them but for fun I did a quote request on Yelp to see if anyone else would jump out as better. Other companies' responses: Please send us a bunch more info (most of which was included in the quote request), tell us the square footage of your house, etc... Why, so you can upcharge me if I have a big house? It's a wasp's nest outside, you don't need the square footage of my house Not Dynasty. They replied immediately, gave me a starting price, told me what they will do, and were here within 24 hours. I'm still getting replies from businesses from yesterday replying to ask me for more information so they can give me a quote, and Dynasty has already come and gone. Garrison was great. Contacted them about a wasp issue and they responded the same day, sending a tech out the next day. Dynasty provided a two hour window for the appointment and Chad showed up right in the middle of it after a 30 minute heads up. This company has poor customer service. Does not notify customers either email/ text/ phone of upcoming service. One customer service rep needs training in regards to phone etiquette and in dealing with customer complaints. I have no complaints with the service technician/s who would show up without customer notification. He/They was/were respectful and apologetic about the miscommunication. The communication breakdown is between technicians and office personnel. This should be addressed or this company will be losing customers. read more

Very satisfied! Scheduling was super easy and the owner himself came out to do both the estimate and our first treatment. Cost was surprisingly affordable. We've already had our first follow up and the specialist that came out was very friendly and professional. And most importantly, all the pests are gone. In fact, we had an ant problem (very hard to get rid of) and within 2 days of treatment I never saw another one. I was charged for services not rendered. I called to make an appointment at 6 pm for two weeks later and was charged immediately for services not yet rendered. I received an email receipt for this charge and contacted Lisa again, the same person I had spoken with the night before. She apologized and said my $$ would be reimbursed in a couple of days. Who pays for a hair cut or manicure weeks in advance? In past I have always paid at time of service with your tech. This is the first time I've been charged without services. 2 YEARS AND STILL THE BEST!! I choose organic options whenever possible for my yard and home. Dynasty delivers a comprehensive program at a very fair price. I live in an 80+ year old estate home, with a raised foundation, and in the hear of the city. We live close to a city park and back up to a retail street. We have been bug and rat free since we started with Dynasty Pest Control. I can't say that was the case with my previous pest control service. I have stately trees. lots of French drains, and gutters and that means a lot of moisture and pests, but not with Dynasty. We had Dynasty's mosquito mister system installed 2 summers ago, (240+) nozzles and we can enjoy our yard. They do a great annual maintenance and check it monthly, all included. The organic fog (rosemary, thyme, pepper, etc.) smells delightful in the yard. I have had many guest compliment the fresh herb smells in my yard. When we had all the spring rains this year, they had no problem chasing those little tiny ants away from our home and trees, no additional charges. Chad and Zach are the best and they always take their time, and are great listeners if you want to chat. They go to the latest conventions to learn the newest of products and techniques.
