From the person that took our intake, Terry, until the time of the service, the communication has been polite, thorough, and useful. There were no hard sell tactics. I now know why. There is no need. Shaquille J was the professional that did our pest control work for us today. I think that the best thing I could say about him is that I would be proud were I his father (my kids are his age). In his work, he was thorough and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get behind things I had inadvertently placed in the way. As a person, he is special. He is exceedingly polite and well spoken. He listens very well. I also appreciated his patience. My wife and I basically told him the same story about our concerns without knowing he had been told by the other. He politely listened, asked appropriate questions, was appreciative of the info, and did not let on that the conversation was a rerun (though, admittedly, my wife's was more detail rich). I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees of this company. That speaks well of owner/management also as it is clearly a culture that values good work and customer service. I was a little reluctant to change services because we liked our previous company's technician. We were not fond of the business side of that national company, but sometimes 'the Devil you know is better than the Devil you don't." In this instance, that maxim does not hold. We agreed on a price and scheduled a date/time. On the day of, he showed up early. After explaining the situation, he needed to get a ladder and did not take long to come back with one. He placed the squirrel trap with bait on the second floor in no time. The squirrel smelled the bait and triggered the door shut when it was on top of the cage. Texted Tom that the door was shut and he came out that same evening to reset the trap. Early next morning I texted Tom there was a squirrel in the cage, and he quickly responded that he would come over to it up. Trapper Tom is very personable and explains what he is doing and what will happen. This whole experience was stress free. I will definitely call on him if we need him.

We called them for an inspection after a roof repair a few years ago, and they came right out. We lost our contact and missed a couple of inspections. In June we heard a noise and called the office. We discussed the warranty issue, paid for the inspection, and they quickly sent out Raul to perform an inspection. During the inspection, Raul found a recurring problem area where the flashing pulled up at a roof return. He made the repair and set traps. Raul came out a few days later, and all was clear. Omega performs quality work and honors their warranty. I suggest that when you use them that you put an annual reminder in your calendar to schedule annual inspections.

They constantly missed sealing spots that the sales person said and after I asked multiple times did a half effort to seal it which resulted in absolutely 0 rodents or animals removed or captured. Then randomly my biweekly check ups just stopped happening and they ghosted me. When I confronted management after a few months of no response they offered to pay for me to keep my mouth shut and offered a contract for me to sign that I wouldn't make a bad review or tell anyone. Of course I did not sign and called my bank for a refund. Please be aware that they don't have worse reviews because they'll pay and give you a binding contract to keep your mouth shut.
