Great service! Best of all their pest control is all natural. I don't have enough good things to say about this company. These folks have been my exterminator for 6 years. They're knowledgeable, they're professional and happy to listen to anything you may be concerned with. I had two wasps nests that they removed with no issues and no harm to them or the wasps. They are kind and respectful to nature and the environment. They use all natural bug deterrents, safe around children, reptiles dogs and cats. There sprays work extremely well I don't have ever have pest issues and if I do it's rectified immediately with this company. I'm grateful for their service to pest control. read more

I had a rodent issue on one of my properties and started service with ecosafe. I asked one of the manager to check my home and he convinced me that I had issues there too although I hadn't seen anything. needless to say, thousands of dollars later it was clear that this was not true. despite canceling my service with them they continued to charge me and we very aggressive in stating they wouldnot cancel unless I talked to them at length and provided them an explanation on why I wanted to cancel. I already had with the owner and 2 managers but they were not satisfied and kept arguing. I'll look somewhere else read more

We had used Eco-Safe Pest Control for more than a decade prior to beginning our major remodel in 2023 and canceled our service agreement. They had always been outstanding with their quarterly services... taking care to check the outside perimeter of the house and all the nooks and crannies inside to keep us bug free. On those rare occasions a bug did make it inside, Eco-Safe was always responsive with a service call to remedy the situation. Well, we're back in our home after a nearly 15 months project, and we needed a pest control company. And, guess what? Eco-Safe is still awesome! Very reasonable thoroughly personable quarterly service. Highly recommended! read more

The Eco-Safe team has been servicing me for several years and do a great job all around - of course first and foremost, getting rid of pests - for me it was American cockroaches (big water bugs) and they consistently do a great job of being there on time, explaining what they are doing and what they are using, texting me with scheduling and reminders etc. Love em! Use em! read more

I had a good experience with this company. First, I spoke with their representatives over the phone. They gave me estimates and clearly explained what might increase my quotes. The technician arrived on time, listened to my concerns/needs and provided relevant feedback. He first did a quick survey of the inside and outside of the house. After that he went back over my quotes and gave me firm pricing information. I appreciate knowing cost in advance. The technician did a great job spraying both inside and outside the house. He also knocked down some wasp nests. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Their prices are in line with services that use harmful chemicals. I have allergies and super sensitive skin - Raid breaks me out and makes me cough, so this company's products were perfect for me. Since our treatment, I haven't noticed any more ants or anything in the house except for humans :-) We will definitely use this service again. read more

Great service. I've been a customer for years. Always prompt and notifies me when on the way.

I just bought a home a few weeks ago that I discovered had hundreds of ants in the window seals. I used multiple Terro traps but it just wasn't doing the trick. I have a small puppy, so I was constantly worried about keeping her out of the rooms/areas where I put the traps. But then, I called Eco-Safe and they sent Ryan. The woman scheduling my appointment (unfortunately I didn't get her name), was friendly and very flexible. Ryan R, the technician, was incredible! Not only was he on time (actually a couple minutes early!!), but he was super friendly and put me at ease with my ant issue. As this was a first appointment, I expected to just get a quote and then weigh my options with other companies. Ryan did not pressure me into buying anything, but after handling all my objections and addressing my areas of concern (most importantly the safety of my dog), I never even had to explore any other company. He took the time to walk through the different products he would be using and their ingredients, making sure I understood and if I had any questions. All is safe and okay for my pup. So I asked him to go ahead and do the first service right away, which he did. Ryan was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was blown away by the customer service & look forward to working with Ryan and Eco-Safe on a quarterly basis!! read more

Tawana has been servicing my last two residents. I have been with Eco Safe since about 2014. Eco-Safe Pest Control is a pest control company that uses all natural, organic products to keep my house free of bugs. I recently tried them out because I have small kids, and now I'm a customer. If you're looking for a pest control company that uses safe products, this is it. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - I wasn't looking for a pest control company when I found Eco-safe. Being the father of two young children, I happened upon this company that talked about how harmful some pesticides could be. After a little research and speaking with one of the company operators, I knew it was something I had to try. 1 Star. Service - My service technician, Jerry, is very professional. He will e-mail or text me before he comes to visit, send a report when complete, and follow up on any recommendations. Also, he is very prompt, in uniform, and takes his craft seriously. He is also very knowledgeable and will send me photos around my house of potential problem areas. 1 Star. Facility - Here's where I knew it was all natural: each visit will come with a report of what products they used. When I hired Eco-Safe to treat mosquitoes, they used a mixture that included ingredients like thyme and clove oil. My yard smelled like an Italian kitchen. Best of all, it kept the mosquitoes away. To me, this is a game changer. Insects are a natural occurrence, but in the past while my previous pest control company had been very effective, I didn't know what they were spraying. With two kids and Eco-Safe, I feel like they really get it. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes, and I signed up my parents too. The great thing about competition is that some companies can emerge when you're not looking for them. Not only am I a return customer, but now that I know what is being sprayed in my yard I feel good about it. 1 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Facility - I'll award up to two stars for the facility, since this is the main reason we go out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the facility. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Yelp score read more

The owner of this business does not value the customers. The first year we used them, they were fine. Nothing spectacular. Then in May '23 we came home from a trip to find our house was invaded by a family of rats. EcoSafe's website stated the company did not work on weekends, but since it was an emergency, there was a message saying to call a specific number. I called and texted numerous times and didn't hear back for over 24 hours. Turns out the phone number was for the owner, and he apologized by saying he didn't have his phone near him. My husband and brother-in-law ended up setting traps throughout the house, and caught many rats. When a technician from Eco Safe did finally show up to my house the next day they noted holes on the exterior of the house and garage. Over the next few days getting a technician to come out to double check the attic and crawlspace was extremely challenging as they were already booked. In total we killed 11 rats. A month later, I scheduled a technician to come out to do a thorough interior and exterior check of holes, as well as the attic and crawlspace. When the technician arrived, he only checked the exterior (I saw that he had arrived from my ring camera and 20 minutes later I noticed that he had left). When I called Eco Safe to complain due to our house being high risk for rats and poor service, the owner apologized, provided an excuse for the technician and promised more thorough investigations moving forward as well as a possible discount. He stated he would call me back and I never received his call. Another month passed and when I called to schedule the rodent and check again, I requested to speak to the owner to discuss what he had promised, and he never responded. LeAndra, the manager, unfortunately has taken a lot of the brunt of my complaints, while the owner completely ignores any responsibility to his customers. This is extremely poor customer service. My parents have been with Eco Safe for over 30 years and told me since new ownership, the customer service has been poor, due to poor leadership from the owner. Today, a technician came by for the monthly mosquito and rodent check and our gate to our property was left wide open. Unfortunately that's the last straw, we will no longer be customers of Eco Safe. If you decide to become one of their customers, be aware if you have major issues like we did - do NOT expect remorse or extra support from this company. read more

Tony Welch is the best pest control Tech. we have ever had the pleasure of serving our home. We have been with Eco-Safe for over 13 years and we have NEVER been disappointed. He will explain what he is doing and why so I can understand the process. Friendly, always on time and I know in advance when he is coming and it is easy to change the date so our schedules will coincide. Did I say knowledgeable and the entire company is also great. Between services if we have a problem we just make a phone call and it is dealth with the next day. Over the 13 years , we have had to call maybe 3 times. Eco-Safe with Tony Welch deserves 10 stars, but we can only give 5 stars. Thank you for taking my review. B & D J University Park, Texas read more

We have hired Eco-Safe to treat our home quarterly for pests - ants, roaches over several years . We trust and depend upon eco-safe services. We had an intrusion of rats and squirrels in November 2019. We had Eco-safe complete a house extrusion service (closed off entries to our house by putting on screens, caulk/foam, and metal covers) on Christmas Eve! This service was not cheap but was effective . No more rats or squirrels!! Merry Christmas to us and to Eco-Safe ! Last but not least , we selected In2Care service from Eco-Safe to mitigate mosquitoes in our yard. In2Care service works because the pesticide used applies to mosquitoes only by interrupting mosquitoes breeding cycles. Note In2Care service takes time to affect mosquitoes breeding cycles so if you decide to go with In2Care service - give it time to work. Worth the monthly service fee (the time period for In2Care service is limited -March to October or November ). I have a butterfly garden, children playing in my front yard, and pets (dogs & cats) visit my yard. I am confident that Eco-Safe pesticides are safe for children, pets or wildlife read more

We are in a brand new subdivision and have recently been swarmed by crickets and wolf-spiders from the ongoing construction as houses go up. After extensive research I decided on Eco-Safe as the best for our needs (we have pets and always prefer organic methods) and Jay came by and did a wonderful job! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the chemicals and processes to make me comfortable. I am perfectly satisfied with Jay (and the ladies at the office) for the service provided and our monthly service plan. read more

Eco-Safe is an amazing company & their employees are a BIG part of this equation. Chris is always our technician, is always on time, knows exactly what he is doing, is friendly & courteous. If he has come and treated & we have any 'critters' show up again, he comes and retreats at no added expense. The Customer Service of this company is stellar & it's a bonus they use pet/family friendly methods of control. Use them, you won't regret it! read more

Eco safe has been great for dealing with all types of pests! I know they will take care of the job when they come out (both Oscar and Jonathan have been great). Knowing my pets and kids are safe from toxins but that the pests are gone, is priceless. It's also affordable and comparable. read more

I was worried about rats under my house and got an estimate from them. The technician had me sign on an iPad and make a deposit. Big Mistake! They never mentioned a cancelation fee and their work was scheduled a week away. I called the next business day after meeting with the tech to cancel the service so I could think things through a little more. Then maybe, a week later I received a call from their office. I think it was the owner and he said he would credit my deposit. He did not say he was charging a fee. I met at length with the technician who never disclosed a cancellation fee. When I saw my CC bill I realized the credit was short and did not match the deposit. I called their office and the lady that answered the phone said I had approved the charge ---- I had not approved any charge, so that whole office is not honest. There was no work done except a meeting with the technician and the shortfall for the credit I should have received on my CC was over 700.00. The company has dishonesty embedded within. I would pay for a service call if they had let me know a fair amount for the technician's inspection. They did quarterly basic extermination at my house before the more invasive rat problem and I was happy with that work. However, now they have lost my trust and will never come to my home again. read more

I needed my home to be addressed after seeing two bugs within a short period of time. I found them on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I like that they plan to visit my home every three months. This company is very reliable and they did a great job of explaining everything on their first visit. We have used their services for over a year and I really appreciate them. We woke up to a strange sound in the house this morning, and it turns out to be a squirrel roaming free inside of our second bedroom. Our HOA has been relying on eco-safe for years, and unsurprisingly, they were the only people that picked up the phone (well...it was 8 am on a Sunday, after all. also pro-tip, the Dallas 311 really doesn't give a damn on the weekend). The owner himself and his son came all the way down to Oak Lawn to handle the problem. They were quick, professional and incredibly patient (Alright it might be embarrassing...I was screaming like a little girl. My husband is still mocking). We also scheduled a follow-up appointment to check on the attic more thoroughly when they can assemble a full crew on Monday. Give these guys a try, seriously. read more

Nick G with a degree in entomology was knowledgeable and extremely professional. He had shoe covers and a mask. I used EcoSafe for a horrendous flea infestation. I was hesitant because I worried their organic formula wouldn't work and I had already tried numerous natural treatments myself. But we had a new baby so didn't want toxic chemicals in the house and since they have a guarantee I tried them. The customer service was great, the young technician was polite, fast and thorough. And, to my surprise, all the fleas were gone within a day and we've never seen another in over a year. I only gave 4 stars since I haven't used them for bugs or termites or anything else. But for flea control that is totally nontoxic I give them 5 stars and totally recommend them. read more

I have never used any pest control service before so I contacted a few places: Orkin and Eco-Safe for a kitchen mouse issue. Eco-Safe called back within the day to schedule a FREE estimate the very next morning. Chris Richards is the technician who helped me. He was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. He advised us how to handle the situation from our end (sealing holes, etc) and left us with the necessary equipment at a fair price. He answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and confidence. I will definitely recommend this company and Chris to others in the future. My total bill was around $80, which was $50 cheaper than Orkin was going to charge just for their initial visit. Eco-Safe did not try to pressure me into a contract or future calls as Orkin did when they called from their national call center. Eco-safe is a local business as well and that is important to me! Highly recommended. *Update* 4/20/2016 We have had to get Eco-Safe out several more times. The ratatouille bastards made new entryways and had a blast with my protein bars, which Damon found strewn about the house. Andrew and Damon were both awesome professionals. Damon has a great eye for finding their entrance points and helped seal up several problem areas in our house. I continue to be pleased with the level of service and professionalism I've come to expect from Eco-Safe. read more

As a family with a new puppy it was important for us to use a pet-safe pest control company when treating our new home for pests. We knew of a mouse nest in an outdoor grill which they responded to as an emergency call and at that same "appointment" gave us a general pest control quote and detailed out everything that they would do during the service. Up to the day of the treatment appointment they were very friendly and communicative through text messaging, which I loved. The tech was late to our appointment but we were notified through text and he was very thorough and explained how everything would be done. The was very polite and friendly and worked quickly. They sprayed the inside, outside, and attic and put something in the grass, maybe for our fire ants. Payment was quick and they offer quarterly sprays for different pests during the different seasons. I would highly recommend Eco Safe. read more

Tony Welch is our principal reason for remaining with ECO-SAFE (15+Years) quite apart from the quality and excellence of their service. He is consistently (emphasis on consistently) courteous, responsive, friendly and informative. His work product is always thorough and done correctly the first time.
