Cade came out this morning to spray outside for our usual treatment . He came in and also treated an area where I had seen a large roach . He was very knowledgeable about how they are getting in. We had several wasps nests outside and he spent a long time getting rid of them and also putting a powder to keep them from returning . I recommend Chris and his team from Haven to all ! Used Yelp Project to find some help to remove some critters from the attic. We got 3 companies reaching out and Haven had the highest ratings and was a verified licensed company. Since this was our first dealing with exterminators using Yelp projects to help locate someone was very easy. I am very impressed with Haven, they reached out within minutes, and was able to come out when we asked with a 2 hour window. Many others still used the 6 hr window and 2-4 day appointment, waiting around if you take a day off work was not something we wanted to do. Knowing someone was coming by to see what the problem in our timeframe was very important. They showed up on time, Chris the owner and a helper, both friendly, professional and they put shoe covers on before entering my house. They went into the attic, reviewed all the grounds, roof, and came back with a plan. I did not cost compare to others but the price for all they where going to do seemed reasonable. Plus they offered a full guarantee. Since attic critter catching is not one and done or anything we wanted to attempt. On the first follow up visit they arrived when the said they would to the minute, they worked there magic and sealed all the entry points around the house and garage. Removed all uninvited attic dwellers. They come back next week and a few more visits after that. So we recently found out that we may have rodents in the area due to the increase in construction - something I didn't realize was common with new construction. Haven Pest was incredibly quick to respond to requests, very clear in the breakdown of what they were doing, and how much it costs (a fraction of the price of a big named pest control). The covered potential piping that they can come through, any possible holes, and set traps. They came after a couple days and I think at a week or 10 days to check the traps for us also. Everyone is incredibly friendly, transparent with what they're doing & gave us space to continue work while they worked. Would definitely recommend them to others. read more

So far so good! Tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. I just moved into a place and there were lots of spiders and webs and ants. Tech came out same afternoon. I opted to continue with quarterly service to keep the bugs at bay. Literally the best - don't bother calling elsewhere. We just moved to Texas from Oregon and got the keys to our house and found roaches. Some big, some small, all nasty. Our daughter purchased a charming older home in Richardson. With a mature home comes issues, all fixable. We noticed there were several large dead water roaches. Since Haven has almost all 5 star reviews, we called them. The owner Cooper called back within an hour. We described the issue and said one of his qualified technicians would home the next day. He did. He sprayed inside and outside. And indicated there may be some more activity and to call if there was. Several days later, we noticed there were small ones present so we called Cooper. He indicated he would have a technician out to our home to respray But because it was not 10 days, he would wait to have the home sprayed again from a safety perspective. This technician was as nice, courteous and knowledgeable as the first (both were Chris). He resprayed. He indicated there was a very large pile of dead leaves from the neighbors tree against one of our walls behind an overgrown fenced in area. The next day that area was cleaned out of the dead leaves. Highly recommend this company. Hopefully, they branch out to other businesses. So professional!!! read more
