5 Star truly gets 5 stars from me. After trapping rats and raccoons by sealing off the openings in the roof and garage these pests were removed. Then the final exit was sealed. All the old insulation was vacuumed out of the attic, attic treated with disinfectant and new fiberglass insulation blown in. A creature had burrowed itself under the shed and our dogs were going crazy. The smell was awful, no idea what was in there. They came out and put in a trap and the possum was caught in 14 hours! That was fast now the large possum is out we are looking for anything else under the shed. The employees were so fast and "ninja like; they got the animal and reset the trap and I didn't even know they had been here. Great job.; very reasonable in prices!! So thankful we found Fidencio! Dead squirrel buried in our insulation in the attic, and the smell inside the house was horrendous! He was soooo fast to respond and climbed in our attic at 5pm on a 101degree day. Talk about service!! When I say a job well done. We had a bird build a nest in out bathroom exhaust vent. We tried to scar the bird out but no luck. Then came the foul odor that grew stronger by the day.I kid you not! I called to get a estimate but the just pleasant response of If the weather permits. We come out within 2 hrs. I got a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived and they got straight to work masked up and feet covered. By no time at all they had safely removed the bird and the nest. We had squirrels in the attic, they came out to inspect the problem, and then they came back and sealed the openings. The next morning there were two pissed squirrels out back that couldn't figure out how to get to their nest! Would highly recommend Fidencio at 5 Star Wildlife Control. I had a few pest control services come out to remove squirrels from our home. Several of the other companies provided a quote but did not even bother to climb onto the roof and would have missed several animal entrances that Fidencio was able to locate and seal. In addition, the quote from 5 star was also much more reasonable and the work more comprehensive than the other companies I checked with. Fidencio was very thorough and made sure to also seal all problem areas to prevent future infestations. After sealing the main squirrel entrance a pissed off squirrel was trapped in our roof. Fidencio came back out the same day to set up a one way door which solved the problem and then sealed it. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises and would highly recommend as their work is excellent and took care of the squirrel problem for us quickly! read more

TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP!!! I would highly recommend Fidencio at 5 Star Wildlife Control. I had a another pest removal control service come out to give me a quote to remove the raccoon from our home. The other company provided a quote but did not even bother to climb onto the roof and missed the raccoon entrance that Fidencio was able to locate. In addition, the quote from 5 star was way cheaper and reasonable, the other company wanted over a thousand dollars. Fidencio came out about 4:30 and spent about two hours, locating the raccoon's, cutting the underside of my roof in order to extract the baby raccoons. After removing them, he then patched up the hole, a professional looking patch job I might add. Then, he sealed the main raccoon entrance on top of my roof, about the size of a soccer ball (a valuable added service) One additional observation, any time I asked a question, he would stop what he was doing, look at me and answer my question. Fidencio was very thorough and made sure to also seal all problem areas to prevent future infestations. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises and would highly recommend as their work is excellent and took care of the raccoon problem for us quickly! read more
