He gave some tips about how to go about contacting the insurance company and then met the adjuster at the house when they made it out a week later. Because of this and his subsequent follow-ups, he was able to get the insurance company to pay for a handful of repairs they would not have included otherwise. He also sent his guys back out after the job completion to address a couple items noted by an overzealous home inspector when our house went under contract. I may not have been his favorite customer since I was really pushing his timeline in order to get our house on the market but considering the scope of repairs needed, he got things done quickly. I hope to avoid any future hail storms and their related roofing jobs but if we do ever need these types of services in the future, I'll definitely call Derik again.

Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days. They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end. Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new. He then proceeded to tell me what i need to make sure to check for in a roofing company because if the prices were lower than his they must be an uninsured company with no English speaking person on the job.
