I recently moved into my home and decided to get pest control service started. From the beginning, Xpert has been great. Iris has provided outstanding customer service with a remarkable response time. Very impressive she is! Today, Eber came out to complete the service ( extremely punctual - I have to say! ) and what stood out to me right away was that he wore booties before coming into the house. That small detail said a lot about the level of respect and professionalism they bring. He was kind, professional, and took great care of everything. He assured me the products they use are organic ( hence pet friendly) Again, I was left beyond impressed by Eber's demeanor and professionalism. I'm convinced Xpert is the are the reason I rarely see bugs/insects in my house. There are a lot of pest control options out there, but Xpert is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend. I'm definitely looking forward to continuing service with them. read more

Xpert Pest Solutions - After few hours later and...Look what the Xperts saved me from. I'm sure it's harmless but I don't want those guests in my house! - Pest Control Near Me - Princeton, Texas

If you are ever in need of vermin control, I highly recommend XPert Pest Solutions. It's a small, owner operated company who truly cares about their clients. Eber, the owner has been personally handling my situations over the years. He's fair, honest and won't try an upsell treatments that don't work and will follow up to make sure things are taken care of to my satisfaction. read more

Eber is thorough, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I recommend Xpert Pest Solutions to everybody who is tired of roaches, earwigs, spiders, ants, and all other creepy crawlies that don't belong in our homes! He services the entire DFW metroplex. I don't give a lot of yelp reviews, not even once a year, but Eber is top notch! read more

We had a good experience with this crew. Found a dead rat in the attic so called a few people to get quotes. Xpert had good reviews and best price for us so we went with them. They were on time and quick. Plugged up the holes, set up a camera etc. Came back a couple of times to check activity before removing the cams. We also had them spray around the house due to some ant issues. We noticed some small ants still appearing a few days later so called back and they came out the very next day. Since then we're free and clear. They are definitely justifying their high ratings. read more

Iris makes the entire process of scheduling service very easy and quick. The company is very responsive and accommodates the needs of their customers very professionally. I've had issues with wasps after we moved into a new home and they took care of it! We use them quarterly and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend! read more

Big pest problem. Bought rat poison. Big mistake. The problem with poison is that the rats die in your walls and smell for a week or two. And not all the rats died from the poison. So I decided to do this the right way and call Xpert Pest Solutions. They came out, inspected the attic, removed a dead rat from the poison I laid out - ugly little thing - and gave me a fair quote for rat removal and sealing up the home. They came out, sealed the house, laid the traps, and with a few visits back to remove rats and reset traps, our rat problem was gone! The whole process was easy, their staff super friendly, and the job was done. If I have a rodent problem at any of my other properties, these will be the guys I call. read more

Juan reviewed our home, carefully explained what he saw and how he would resolve it, and bid a reasonable price. He did the work and showed us images of it. He returned until he was satisfied, and sanitized the attic. So far, we've had no further issues. It was a professional and satisfactory experience of high quality. read more

Had a squirrel make his home in my attic and I've had another company come out to fix it, but the work was pretty bad and the squirrel found his way back in. I had a 1 Year warranty, but they ghosted when I tried to get them to come back. Gave Xpert a call and they came right out and not only patched the current hole, but also reinforced all the trim and weak spots. The work looks great, and the paint was matched perfectly. Thank you! read more

Very professional and they get the job done. I had a problem with water bugs recently after it rained a few times in early September 2022. We have three Golden Retrievers, and we needed a pet friendly pesticide. The technician explained how safe it was for the dogs and us humans, and he told me how effective it was on insects. Found two dead bugs the following day after treatment, and we haven't seen any in weeks. read more

Highly recommend. I called them this morning and they had someone out by this afternoon. Iris was very professional on the phone when booking and Miguel, who came to house, was also very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. Would use them again for sure. read more

After crashing and burning waiting on another pest control to show up, i saw the amazing reviews here and decided to follow up. they were half the price of the other guys with the same guarantee and showed up 10 minutes early. the technician was polite and friendly and answered my questions and treated the yard in short order after inspecting my home for any potential issues. i'll sign up for the quarterly service and am so glad i found this company! read more

I have seen nothing but professional, prompt responses from the entire team. From Iris who answers the phone to Juan, Eber, Gus and Helio the pest guys. They are amazing every single time. I will never look elsewhere. This is my pest company for life. Just use them. You won't be disappointed. read more

I hired them because of their Yelp rating and wasn't disappointed. They ALWAYS answer the phone. They are prompt, professional, and thorough. read more

I ordered a general spray for a house we are renting out. The communication was great, the service was on time, and finished within the time given at great price. After the spray we were also notified of the findings and if anything else was needed( luckily everything was good.) It was money well spent and good company. After a couple days I decided to have them come back out and do the mosquito spray. I would recommend getting this done if you are around the Frisco area. I just moved from a high rise in the city so I forgot how many bugs there are around now that I am in a home. Overall I highly recommend Xpert for your pest needs. read more

I called Safe Pro first. My call was answered by front office staff asking $195 for the first visit, with a coupon for $50 off if we lock into a 1 year agreement before ever meeting them. By contrast, Xpert Pest Solutions is rated more highly, the exterminator (Eber) answers his own phone, and without all that overhead he only charges $120 for a single treatment. He also trusts that he doesn't need a contract to get your repeat business. read more

After seen the positive reviews I call for a free inspection and I got a good estimate base on the work and warranty of 5 years , good deal! Juan showed up in time ,friendly, bilingual is a plus ,he performed the job very profesional went under the house sprayed all areas and then outside all around , he answered all my questions, good company and communication read more

Have used Xpert Pest Solutions a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I had them come out two weeks ago again and they did a thorough inside and outside treatment. They are very reasonable, prompt and do an excellent job. Plus, they do not pressure you for additional treatments or contracts. I'll be calling them again. Highly recommend. read more

Firstly, I want to thank fellow Yelpers here for helping me find this company for my rat problem. I had several other companies come out (EcoSafe: who had an ineffective solution which not only came with no guarantee, but also would have resulted with poisoned dead rats around the property; and another company who wanted to charge over a thousand, also with no guarantee; and another company who charged to even come look). So, Eber (super nice guy BTW) came out-- told me they would seal up all the access holes; leave traps; come every three days to check until no rats were found; and then clean and disinfect the area. Plus, he gives a 12 month guarantee. They scooped up several in my crawl space (which no other company even looked at) and they got one sucker in the attic. No others were found today on the third visit. Oh, did I mention that the price was lower than the other companies too? Want to also give a shout out to Juan, he was very nice and thorough. Very satisfied and will definitely use them for any pest problems in the future. read more

Xpert Pest Solutions is a great service again. They recently completed our termite service. Eber, the owner gave a competitive quote and the team was prompt and professional. Highly recommend read more

I found these guys through Yelp and tried them out. I was not happy with my previous pest control service and wanted a change. Their prices are very reasonable, but even better, their service is superior!!! I am very impressed at how quickly they respond to questions, give me real information and keep my home pest free. I am so glad to have found them and recommend them to anyone!!! read more

I had Rats in attic, called many companies and this company was the only one Gave me the reasonable PRICE, when he(Gus) came over to take a look, didn't take 2 hours of my time to show of what they want to do, was so EASY, and scheduled time FAST, and in first visit rats all gone, they did the BEST job, he came and check couple more times and it was NO rats. Now I'll pay small amount after a year and have guarantee for ever. Also doing my pest control with them. Great Company read more

Called last week on Monday to see what they could do since we had seen some evidence of rats in the attic and the dog had ruined the carpet in the back room. I had placed some bait to kill them but limited success. They came out pretty quick and said yes we had some rats. Gave a very reasonable price to seal house and place traps. Work done on Friday after Thanksgiving. Got here at 1030 and were done by 1pm. Said they would come back Monday to check. They bagged two of the little bastards although they weren't little. Left a couple traps up in attic and said we should be good. Got home today and checked again and got another. 1 year guarantee that we can call ifwe have other issues. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone. read more

If you've ever had bedbugs, or know someone who has, you know how overwhelming it seems. That's where I was a few weeks ago when I called my landlord to let him know and enlist his help finding an exterminator to come do an inspection. The next day Eber, at Xpert Pest Solutions, called and arranged to come inspect the place. I followed him throughout the inspection and asked him tons of questions. He was very thorough and showed me what he was looking for. At the end of the inspection there was sparse evidence of bedbugs, aside from our bites. He said a spot treatment of the mattresses would kill any creepy crawlies and prevent any more from moving in. He came back to treat the apartment and we haven't been bitten since. I was very impressed with Eber. He was friendly and kind and even though he could have offered unnecessary services, he actually seemed sorry to have to charge me. All in all, I spent $129 to treat the mattresses, loveseat, a chair and the floorboards. I highly recommend Xpert Pest Solutions if you're dealing with a potential bedbug issue. read more

I called Eber today and he said he could by at 3pm and wow he was here on the dot!! I think I had some citter situation going on in my roof and he determined rats. He was able to add traps today and Will come back once the weather gets a little bit better to fix the holes so the rats keep out. His pricing is awesome too because I got quoted almost 50-75% more than what he's charging! what he is charging seems more reasonable for the situation because I had a friend who paid the same amount with the same situation! read more

We had a rodent problem for longer than I ever wanted before accepted the fact that we had a situation that we couldn't fix. I called on Sunday expecting to get an answering service. Eber answered and said he could be here first thing in the morning on Monday which he was. By noon that day, they had the repairs needed completed and within 48 hours both rats were dead and out of our hair. This company provides a reliable service at a fair price and I recommend them. Update 8/4/2106 Once again Eber and his crew come through! Carpenter ant infestation I found coming through a crack in the dining room. I called Eber at 8 AM. The problem was solved and work completed by noon!! These guys are top notch! read more

What a fantastic service! I hate critters, pests, and the likes but it seems like there is a passion like no other from Eber. He loves this stuff! That is what you want from your pest control team. I was able to get a service booked rather quickly and with no hassle. The team he sent out took care of my concerns, addressed some gaps in the house, and sprayed accordingly. I love the no hassle no headache approach. He tells you the costs, he comes out and does the job, you pay accordingly, he stands behind his work! What more could you ask for? read more

I am so thankful for Eber, Gus, and all the staff at XPert Pest Solutions. I hired another company back in December due to rodents in my attic. They simply put snap traps in my attic and didn't address the whole issue. After 6 months of back and forth with them, I called Xpert Pest Solutions about 2 weeks ago. They had so many positive reviews! After 3 visits the rodents are GONE and I can relax knowing that they won't cause any more damage to my home or vehicle (they were getting in through my garage and took a liking to my car's engine). Eber and Gus were very friendly and were patient to answer all the questions that I asked. Their office staff was also very courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend Xpert Pest Solutions to anyone with a pest problem. This company is very dedicated and won't stop until they get it right! read more

We have some roof rats that decided to move in to our attic. I sent Eber a message on his website explaining the problem (after business hours) and he called me first thing the next morning. Eber arrived on time that same day, did a full inspection of my roof and attic for problem areas and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for all the work he was going to have to do. I went ahead and approved his quote and he immediately got to work. No "I'll call you in a few days to schedule you" or anything like that! Eber sealed off the critical entry points, got traps laid in the attic and let me know he will be back in a few days to remove the traps, sanitize and clean the attic and finish the job. The reviews on here do not lie. Eber is a great guy, extremely honest and friendly, and really just wants to make sure you are taken care of. Highly highly recommend. If any other critters decide to sneak in to my attic, I will not hesitate to call Eber. read more

Eber is the guy to call when you want a problem taken care of. Very affordable and came the same day I called him. Highly recommend!!! It helps that he's also highly personable and nothing like those big chain shops that want you to sign a 1 year agreement just to kill stuff. He is just happy to help and even followed up the next week for no extra charges. read more

We had three squirrels that came into our attic and ate our electrical wires after making a big hole (first picture) through the wood. Xpert Pest Solutions came out the same day to analyze the problem. They made several outdoor protective improvements. One improvement is the hole is covered up, that area looks like new (second picture) and the squirrels are kept out. This company did an outstanding job for us!!! read more

Eber was fast and efficient! Came an hour after I called and gave me a free inspection. I was worried about bed bugs and he assured me everything was clean. A+ for not taking me to the cleaners as I would have believed I had them. I will be calling Xpert for all future needs. read more

Wow! I seldom feel this good about handing my money over to anyone. Gus identified the cause of the problem (termites), and explained exactly what needed to be done. Besides being informative, he was very personable and polite. His work (and that of his team) was efficient, thorough. and clean. I appreciated that the person I initially had contact with was the same person who came to do the work. Very reasonable rate, considering the work involved. And as he left, he pointed out a different problem (squirrel entry chewed into an eave to gain access to my attic, which I had not noticed). I will be using Xpert to take care of that problem as well. read more

First time using this company and had excellent experience. Gus was my technician, very professional and courteous. On time, sprayed outside and inside of my home. I scheduled an appt due to Ants problem assuming from all this rain we've been having. Also found another pest issue I had no idea of and showed me the evidence. Pricing was very reasonable compared to all the other companies I called for estimates wanting close to $200 for a one time spray. Will be using this company moving forward. Would recommend to family and friends. read more

2 years later and we have been totally pest free! Xpert Pest is by far the best in the business.

I haves used these guys 3 times-counting yesterday. Not only are they excellent-they have very fast response. I was anxious about seeing carpenter ants in and outside of my master shower area. I called them first thing yesterday and Miguel came out at 1:00-and was even early. I feel very confident he got it all taken care of and I will call them every time. read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Xpert Pest Solutions. I had an uninvited squirrel house guest that kept tap dancing in my attic. I contacted them on a Saturday morning and they said they could come later that afternoon. David arrived on time and walked through his recommended course of action. He was flexible with my schedule and understanding of my situation. The price he quoted me felt fair, and included multiple trips to ensure the house guest was vacated. I have since seen the squirrel skulking around my yard, confused as to why his B&B locked him out. I fully plan on using them again if needed for other reasons in the future. read more
