I continued to try and give this company every opportunity to act professional, show up on time and actually do what they were hired to do. They have never been less than an hour late to my property and they serviced it approximately every month. Not one time did they show up when they stated or even within an hour past the window of time they stated. Anything that is beyond their eye level, gets missed. I had to constantly call back and have them come back out to service it a second time because the wasp nests and other insects had nests right on the walls or lower roof line, skipped the nest 3 times even though it was pointed out on multiple occasions. I recently decided to give them another opportunity, the rep showed up 1 hour 30 minutes later than the time he had sent me saying he was 30 minutes from my house. Missed several hot spots. Since he was late beyond 1 hour 30 minutes, I dismissed the tech and will never use this company again. Lack of professionalism, doesn't seem to care about having customers wait at times 3 hours beyond scheduled time window in the past, they obviously don't care or learn from their mistakes. Hire a professional company that can communicate when outside the window by hours or a company that cares since the owner / president doesn't give a crap. Hire them and you'll experience the same garbage. Everyone in this community experienced the same as I have and fired them. Months ago, someone from the company rang the doorbell while I was on a work call. He briefly mentioned that we could contact them if we wanted to continue the service. I meant to follow up, but with no written notice, no phone call, and no additional outreach, it slipped my mind. Today, a technician returned and repossessed the equipment. He rang the bell once (again while I was on a call), then entered the yard and began removing bait stations without speaking to anyone or receiving permission. The lawn was damaged in the process. No notice was left behind, and when I called to ask what happened, the company didn't take any responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Since that brief and unclear interaction months ago, we've hired a competitor mosquito control service--and the difference was immediate. The new provider communicated clearly, respected our property, and acted professionally from start to finish. It was a stark contrast that confirmed we made the right decision not to continue with this company. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for your home, do not use this company. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer experience speak for themselves.

We put our dogs outside in the heat expecting them to arrive on time for their appointment. At 9:15 my husband called and was told our guy is running late because he's at a new house. We said we would give it a few more minutes. At 9:25, we got a text saying he won't be here until 9:45 AM. I called and canceled the appointment. It's unprofessional to not notify your clients when you're running late. Your customer should never have to call you to find out what's going on. This was a very poor first impression. The best part was when I called to say we wanted to cancel because of the inconsideration, and they asked if I'd like to reschedule for later in the week.
