HARASSMENT & UNPROFESSIONALISM WARNING: This company & Jacob are NO longer welcome on my property. Authorities have been notified and will be as necessary. I wasn't planning on writing a review when the mistakes and harassment occurred. I wanted to give Jacob several chances to say "sorry"; however, the apology did NOT happen before, during, or after he admitted he was wrong and saw me crying. All I wanted was an apology for the harassment in my home on 9/11/24. The refund was not necessary. Jacob thought he could disrespect me because I am an Asian woman without my husband at home. Please see below for the harassment in detail. I recently had the unfortunate experience with Jacob at All Pest Solutions on 9/11/2024. Jacob's harassment at my house was unacceptable. The condescending and gaslighting way he handled his mistakes was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for his mistakes which were discovered by ANOTHER expert from a DIFFERENT company and myself, Jacob became defensive and belittled my concerns (I am an already paid in full and respectful customer who tipped him + his partner $40 for the initial inspection in July). As Jacob stomped into my house, he demanded I come up to the attic with him and my other expert, I refused. I kept raising concerns about his careless inspections which he stated there were no rat activities (which was false and documented by the other expert). He kept arguing and wanted to be right. When my other expert showed evidence of what he missed, only then he admitted, "Yes, I missed that spot outside " - still WITHOUT an apology. He went on another lecture about rats that felt more like a power move. He persistently patronized me by saying "calm down" when I was in obvious distressed CRYING thinking there were intruders upstairs due to the rat noises. He kept dismissing my concerns, making me feel as if I were overreacting when there were issues that were carelessly overlooked by him. What made it worse, he made this all about himself - telling me he has a daughter. Jacob made me feel horrible and scared. He said him and his dad didn't have time for my situation and reviews? I was grateful the OTHER expert from a respectable company called Safe Pro Pest Control, Ryan, was there as a witness. Ryan apologized for Jacob's NASTY behavior. Fortunately, I have cameras and the expert detailing this entire interaction. Background: In July 2024, Jacob checked my lower attic, he insisted there was not any rat activities (false again). He said and it's a direct quote, "It was clean as a whistle". Never heard of that expression until him. When he came back the next week, I insisted he check the upper 2nd attic. Initially, he stated and here's a direct quote," Since the lower attic didn't have activity, no need to check the upper second". But I pushed him to check and said, "Please humor me and check the second attic". I documented this in my journal and have camera footages. When he finally agreed, he admitted, " Well I take that back, there's activity in the upper attic". I was respectful to him and his partner by tipping $40 when they sealed the roof and garage; however, as he kept lecturing me on rats, he came off arrogant, a "know it all" since his family owns the business. It was so off-putting, but I remained respectful on our interactions. He did not know how to read a room when I simply wanted him to check the house NOT to lecture me on rats. I hired him in desperation since it's my first home. According to the other expert, Jacob sealed only my garage and roof well. However, he was careless since he missed key spots which led to rats coming into my house. Now, I am with a different company setting traps in 2 attics, resealing outside, and installing cameras in attics. Jacob needs to work on his condescending demeanor, coupled with an arrogant refusal to acknowledge my concerns, made me feel undervalued as a respectful paid customer and person. Just admit when you're wrong and apologize. I would strongly advise anyone looking for pest control services to steer clear of this company. read more

I will continue to use All Pest Solutions. I had requested the company come out and spray specifically for ants that I just could not get rid of this year no matter what I tried. Not only did they get out here quickly, but they were able to spray for ants, spiders, and these crazy golden crickets that like to chase you around the house. The quality of work that was done was amazing! Not only did it kill what they came for but also killed winged carpenter ants that I didn't even know we had, and bees that were making nests that we couldn't get to. The gentleman that came out was very thorough,inside and outside the house and explained what type of ant we were dealing with that he could literally see. The price was worth every penny. I could not be more impressed with All Pest Solutions! We suddenly had an invasion of wasps come through our chimney, and we were finding them on the windows and kitchen floor. Totally creeped out. We had one company come out and they killed a few, but we were not very impressed. Then someone told us to call All Pest Solutions. Jacob Daniel was just the nicest, most informative service person I think we have ever had come to our home. He found the source, took the time to draw me diagrams of why this was happening, did an outside treatment near the chimney (they can't spray indoors), and explained that the cold weather will make this swarming stop. In the meantime, he showed me a device I can order from Amazon that I can hang outside and in my firebox that will catch them before they even think of coming inside again. I can't say enough good things about this company. When I called, Corey was so helpful and super sweet. She worked me in as soon as she could and I really appreciated the fact that I wasn't charged for someone to come out to see what pest was trying to make a home in our attic. If you are looking for a Pest Company, PLEASE READ THIS! I've had All Pest Solutions come to my house since 2017, but I'm not sure if they are really providing "the solution" more of like the problem. Let me start off by saying that I was a loyal and loving customer for years! An exterminator named Mark always came to my home and provided 5 star service, he was always kind, helpful and was quick to solve any problems regarding bugs or infestations. Unfortunately, Mark doesn't work there anymore. And because of this I have seen a MASSIVE DECLINE IN SERVICE. I recently had an exterminator named Billy come to my house to spray the regular routine around my home (including a fly extermination). This service has always included 8 different types of chemicals (Contrac, Extinguish Plus, Fastrac Blox, FUSE, Glueboards, Gulfstream, Intice, Phantom/Optigard) since 2017 I've had the same service and paid the same amount. I noticed that he missed two of the chemicals from the regular routine, and didn't add any chemicals on top of that to kill the flies. But charged me the same amount. I quickly called Karen (receptionist) to get Billy back and spray the missing chemicals. I've had a problem with flies and wanted a service specifically for that problem (on top of the current service that I always get) Which I communicated that before hand, and thought they would know how to handle that problem, since it's a very common problem and they have 16 years experience. Karen then asked me to identify the flies, which was hard because I'm not the specialist, her company is the one who specializes in that. They are just common house flies. Billy came back with a ticket saying he is proving an "extra service" and was quick to tell me that he doesn't give me a guarantee on his service. I was shocked to hear this because, first of all he missed two chemicals from the service. Him coming back to fix his mistake was not an "extra service", he was just finishing his job. Secondly, there is a 90 day warrantee on EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT that he signs for the job. That's absurd that he would tell me something like that. I CALLED THE OWNER OF ALL PEST SOLUTIONS, AND THAT'S WHERE THE REAL PROBLEM CAME. I expected her to be understanding and respectful (since I'm the customer and there was a problem from her company), but instead I got rude commentary and attitude. I have experience with customer service and manage my own business. I know how to treat loyal and paying customers, and let me tell you, this was not the way to get business, let alone have people want to come back and talk to you. The whole experience with the owner was tasteless to say the least. She refused to give me her name, she disregarded the fact that I've been a loyal customer for years, she didn't know how to handle a professional situation, she refused to refund my charge for "the extra service" (which was Billy's fault) and had terrible communication skills as someone who owns and manages a business. She didn't solve any of my problems, in fact she gave me more problems. All I want is to cancel my service with them for good and take off the unnecessary charges that were put on me because of their exterminator Billy. It's a simple fix but the owner made it so unnecessarily difficult and showed no respect for her customers who keep her company going. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT GIVES YOU QUALITY AND RESPECT LOOK ANOTHER WAY! ALL PEST SOLUTIONS IS NOT THAT PLACE! read more

Hired All Pest Solutions (Squirrel Team 6) in December, 2019 to take care of an out-of-control wildlife issue. Was getting hard to sleep with so much activity in my attic. They assessed the situation, set traps and made weekly checks to remove trapped wildlife. Once the attic was cleared they found and patched all entry points and set inconspicuous outside traps. While he suggested that we did not full fortress protection, we went with this option anyway based on how his services would protect us in the future. Our exclusions points are hard to find because of the quality work All Pest Solutions completed on our home.
