We put our dogs outside in the heat expecting them to arrive on time for their appointment. At 9:15 my husband called and was told our guy is running late because he's at a new house. We said we would give it a few more minutes. At 9:25, we got a text saying he won't be here until 9:45 AM. I called and canceled the appointment. It's unprofessional to not notify your clients when you're running late. Your customer should never have to call you to find out what's going on. This was a very poor first impression. The best part was when I called to say we wanted to cancel because of the inconsideration, and they asked if I'd like to reschedule for later in the week.

We now subscribe to their monthly plan to get free visits whenever we notice more problem bugs. Just today we had Ryan come out to take a look at some new mud dauber nests that we didn't see the first time around. Ryan went above and beyond, finding and addressing a yellow jacket nest we didn't know about, along with many fire ant hills and other pests around our house, backyard, and fence line.
