We lived in a rural neighborhood with almost 7 acres and bugs were definitely not shy about not having any boundaries in or out of our home! But AJB saved us in a big way! The only reason we are no longer with them is because we sold our home in Texas and moved to Arizona! They are great! Thank you y'all! We miss you!

We put our dogs outside in the heat expecting them to arrive on time for their appointment. At 9:15 my husband called and was told our guy is running late because he's at a new house. It's unprofessional to not notify your clients when you're running late. Your customer should never have to call you to find out what's going on. This was a very poor first impression. The best part was when I called to say we wanted to cancel because of the inconsideration, and they asked if I'd like to reschedule for later in the week.

I am writing to warn potential customers about the deceptive business practices employed by…read moreRedstone Pest Control. During the initial scheduling process, they ask customers to confirm an appointment via text, which they later claim constitutes an agreement to a binding, year-long contract. Furthermore, when technicians arrive for a service, they ask for a signature on a handheld device; this signature is presented as a routine acknowledgment of service but is actually used to lock the customer into an undisclosed, long-term agreement. The terms of these contracts are not made transparent, and the fine print is intentionally difficult to review. Additionally, despite explicit instructions not to charge my debit card, the company proceeded to process unauthorized payments. When I attempted to cancel the service, I was met with verbal hostility and threats of being sent to collections. I strongly advise others to avoid this business due to their lack of professional ethics and predatory billing practices.
