We put our dogs outside in the heat expecting them to arrive on time for their appointment. At 9:15 my husband called and was told our guy is running late because he's at a new house. It's unprofessional to not notify your clients when you're running late. Your customer should never have to call you to find out what's going on. This was a very poor first impression. The best part was when I called to say we wanted to cancel because of the inconsideration, and they asked if I'd like to reschedule for later in the week.

When the technician returned to set the traps, we were then told that our warranty was actually only one month because we didn't spend over $1,000. This was never explained to us during the initial consultation. If we had known that the one-year warranty required spending over $1,000, we would have made a different decision and would not have chosen Redstone. We're very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the cost and warranty, as well as the overall level of service. We feel this should have been clearly explained before we agreed to the service.
