I've used Tactical Pest since 2016 at my first home in McKinney and later in my Argyle Home for the past 5 years. They have amazing customer service and go over and beyond. Exceptional!! It's refreshing to get this kind of customer service in this age and time. My most recent call were for a nest of hundreds of Bees that entered on the outside flap to my rage top. Their treatment got ride of another hundred bees and 5 pounds of the honeycomb at a cost that was one third of what Bee Keepers charge. They even followed up with a third trip out to help get them out of my inner range hood vent fan and removed the dead one and pulled out 5 pound of honeycomb. Wow! Just wow! We used to have HomeTeam Pest Defense, but they could have been more friendly and their quarterly cost was in the $300 and they only did the spray for the walls. Fortunately, we have found Tactical Pest Services through our community and friends. From the initial conversations and contact form inquiry Joshua was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Scheduling was speedy and easy. Our family opted in for the yearly, but we predict that they've got a customer for life. Then Marc came out and did a wonderful job, and he was great at explaining everything. He knocked out the spider webs, bee's nest, sprayed inside the home (and he had a shoe covering, bonus), and he sprayed not only the foundation, but also the grass next to it. My technician Jeremy did a terrific job spraying the interior. He was very patient with our request for retreat, hitting all the important areas. We live in a high traffic area with construction all around, this time of year the insects are quite active everywhere making it hard to keep the barrier around our house under control. He made a lot of sense, and it was obvious he knew the pest business. We decided to go with the new company right then, and have never looked back (or forward). Jaceyn came to service my house to get rid of all the pests that live around my house. The main bothersome insects were these small black ants that I had tried many different tactics to kill them myself with little success. I had other exterminators come over to the house and try to rid the yards of the ants and they didn't provide any lasting relief from the pervasive ant nuisance. Jaceyn was very professional when he came over and listened to all my concerns and acted appropriately to kill them all. I am beyond impressed that he was able to kill all the ants in my front and back yards in a single visit. I also opted for the optional mosquito treatment since there are mosquitoes flying around my house almost year round and make it miserable to enjoy any outdoor activities. It was a bit expensive at $70, but was it effective! I have yet to get bitten by a mosquito in my front or back yards since the treatment. Needless to say, I have been very impressed with the service I've received and their communication. They are the epitome of how to treat a customer. A+ service read more
