As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

They have never been less than an hour late to my property and they serviced it approximately every month. Not one time did they show up when they stated or even within an hour past the window of time they stated. Anything that is beyond their eye level, gets missed. I had to constantly call back and have them come back out to service it a second time because the wasp nests and other insects had nests right on the walls or lower roof line, skipped the nest 3 times even though it was pointed out on multiple occasions. I recently decided to give them another opportunity, the rep showed up 1 hour 30 minutes later than the time he had sent me saying he was 30 minutes from my house. Missed several hot spots. Since he was late beyond 1 hour 30 minutes, I dismissed the tech and will never use this company again. Lack of professionalism, doesn't seem to care about having customers wait at times 3 hours beyond scheduled time window in the past, they obviously don't care or learn from their mistakes. Hire a professional company that can communicate when outside the window by hours or a company that cares since the owner / president doesn't give a crap. I do think the thoroughness of the technicians varies. I have seen less bugs enter my house ( very old house) since getting the service. I do wish they had better ant control services. I also get monthly mosquito services April- October. It has greatly impacted how many mosquitos are in my yard. Also their products are pollinator and animal safe.
