There was extensive preparation by emptying all drawers into bags, putting all clothes in bags. It took two entire days to get this done. We'd been told go call when ready. We called and they said it would be two weeks until they could come. So, we lived like this for two weeks. The day they were supposed to spray between 2-4, we waited and finally called about 2:45 since we'd not heard from anyone. The guy answering the phone told me we weren't on their schedule or even in their system;basically called me a liar when i said we had appointment-was a total jerk. He said he'd call back. In a few, the guy that had came out and gave estimate called and said he'd be here by 3:30. He was. We continued to see bugs and be bit. Called them 2-3 times and they said it takes time. We still had all stages of bugs. Finally, called and asked to come back snd look it over. Same jerk on phone said, well its another $850 if we come back. We called someone else who retreated us and basically said the first treatment was not good and all that prep we did was unnecessary! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are huge proponents of relocating hives to a safe location so people aren't afraid and try to kill them themselves. We would highly recommend them. Call them first before you panic. The bees won't sting you if you don't swat at them.

Out of frustration, I hired a different pest control company who immediately identified the issue: my property has tons of ants outside, and it's clear it hasn't been treated properly--if at all. What's worse? I called Home Team to give them a chance to make things right. I was told a manager would call me back. It's now been three days, and I've heard nothing. When I called again to cancel my service and request a refund, I was told they don't offer refunds--even after their repeated failures to resolve the issue.
