There was extensive preparation by emptying all drawers into bags, putting all clothes in bags. It took two entire days to get this done. We'd been told go call when ready. We called and they said it would be two weeks until they could come. So, we lived like this for two weeks. The day they were supposed to spray between 2-4, we waited and finally called about 2:45 since we'd not heard from anyone. The guy answering the phone told me we weren't on their schedule or even in their system;basically called me a liar when i said we had appointment-was a total jerk. He said he'd call back. In a few, the guy that had came out and gave estimate called and said he'd be here by 3:30. He was. We continued to see bugs and be bit. Called them 2-3 times and they said it takes time. We still had all stages of bugs. Finally, called and asked to come back snd look it over. Same jerk on phone said, well its another $850 if we come back. We called someone else who retreated us and basically said the first treatment was not good and all that prep we did was unnecessary! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Made a horrible experience of these bugs even worse!!

The bees won't sting you if you don't swat at them.

I ended up going with another Dallas pest control company Note: Another Yelper was kind enough to point out that Little Giant Beekeepers and Bee Removal Specialists are separate companies. Extremely Disappointed After 8 Years of Loyalty - Avoid This Company!…read more I've been a loyal customer of Home Team Pest Defense for over 8 years, but the service I've received over the past year has been nothing short of unacceptable. Despite multiple calls for help with an ant infestation in my home--three separate visits--I still have a serious ant problem. Out of frustration, I hired a different pest control company who immediately identified the issue: my property has tons of ants outside, and it's clear it hasn't been treated properly--if at all. What's worse? I called Home Team to give them a chance to make things right. I was told a manager would call me back. It's now been three days, and I've heard nothing. When I called again to cancel my service and request a refund, I was told they don't offer refunds--even after their repeated failures to resolve the issue. It's clear that Home Team Pest Defense doesn't care about their loyal customers or providing effective pest control. They don't return calls, don't resolve problems, and certainly don't take accountability for their poor service. If you're considering using this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve a pest control service that actually delivers results and respects your time and money.
