Devin (EcoArmor Pest Defense) always does a great job! Very thorough, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we have.

I find it impossible that those are true ratings from customers.....I had them service my new home for 6 months. I continued to try and give this company every opportunity to act professional, show up on time and actually do what they were hired to do. They have never been less than an hour late to my property and they serviced it approximately every month. Not one time did they show up when they stated or even within an hour past the window of time they stated. Anything that is beyond their eye level, gets missed. I had to constantly call back and have them come back out to service it a second time because the wasp nests and other insects had nests right on the walls or lower roof line, skipped the nest 3 times even though it was pointed out on multiple occasions. I recently decided to give them another opportunity, the rep showed up 1 hour 30 minutes later than the time he had sent me saying he was 30 minutes from my house. Missed several hot spots. Since he was late beyond 1 hour 30 minutes, I dismissed the tech and will never use this company again. Lack of professionalism, doesn't seem to care about having customers wait at times 3 hours beyond scheduled time window in the past, they obviously don't care or learn from their mistakes. Hire a professional company that can communicate when outside the window by hours or a company that cares since the owner / president doesn't give a crap. Hire them and you'll experience the same garbage. Everyone in this community experienced the same as I have and fired them. They have no customers left in the community when they had many...Good luck if you hired them, you've been informed!!!!!! read more

I looked into Pest Control after building a home in an up and coming area. Jordan came out to service my home and was very nice, knowledgeable, and proactive. He not only treated the outside as asked, but even went into my garage and did things he didnt have to do to help get rid of the pests. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them in the future. read more

Technician (Travis) was very polite, on-time and super helpful in answering questions during his two visits (exterior treatment was moved to a date when rain was not expected - which was also appreciated). The owner, Jordan H., also helped to answer questions and was responsive to my inquiries regarding their services. Overall a very professional experience that included automated reminders via email/text/phone, and opportunities to provide feedback all along the way to ensure satisfaction. Without a doubt the best experience I've had with a pest control company in my 20+ years as a homeowner. read more

I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is the ultimate professional. He cares about his customers and it shows in everything he does. I called EcoArmor to come out and assess a problem we're having with ants. Jordan arrived right on time, he listened to my explanation of the problem, asked me a few questions, and then explored the affected areas. He even went into the crawl space under the house. He was very professional. Turns out we do not need specific service at this time, but now I have peace of mind knowing we don't have a big developing problem. Because of this experience, I will call EcoArmor again, anytime we have a pest issue we need addressed. read more

Exceptional commitment to customer service. Jordan Hopewell of EcoArmor Pest Defense was extraordinarily conscientious in tracking down the entry points of an ant infestation within our walls that creeped into our kitchen. A previous pest control company was useless in addressing the problem. But Jordan knew just what to do and will return in 30 days to attack any additional ants emerging into adulthood from the nest. Totally trust Jordan and EcoArmor. read more
