I continued to try and give this company every opportunity to act professional, show up on time and actually do what they were hired to do. They have never been less than an hour late to my property and they serviced it approximately every month. Not one time did they show up when they stated or even within an hour past the window of time they stated. Anything that is beyond their eye level, gets missed. I had to constantly call back and have them come back out to service it a second time because the wasp nests and other insects had nests right on the walls or lower roof line, skipped the nest 3 times even though it was pointed out on multiple occasions. I recently decided to give them another opportunity, the rep showed up 1 hour 30 minutes later than the time he had sent me saying he was 30 minutes from my house. Missed several hot spots. Since he was late beyond 1 hour 30 minutes, I dismissed the tech and will never use this company again. Lack of professionalism, doesn't seem to care about having customers wait at times 3 hours beyond scheduled time window in the past, they obviously don't care or learn from their mistakes. Hire a professional company that can communicate when outside the window by hours or a company that cares since the owner / president doesn't give a crap. I can't say enough good things about Bug Zone. The communication from Deaun is excellent. She respects your preferred method of communication & uses it, whether it be texting or calls. Brandon has really raised the bar in what I should expect from an exterminator. He listens to what I tell him and follows me around from spot to spot examining the infestations I tell him about. What is more, he explains the root cause of how the infestation happened and gives me action items on how to prevent it. The guy knows his business. Little bugs around the bathroom sink? He treats it and then explains to me [This] is the likely cause, it creates [this] condition which [bug type] thrive in. Do [this] every month and it should keep them from reappearing. The first time he came out I had a pantry moth infestation. He spent literally 45 minutes with me going through my pantry and showing me all of the places that moths typically hide and breed. The education was fantastic. He treated my pantry, and now I know what to look for to prevent them in the future. He is incredibly detailed in walking around the outside of the house as well as the inside and treating. He is not bothered at all with me tagging along behind him to watch. He reports what he finds "Wasps in the front bushes, I sprayed for them" and even lets me know about critters outside of the Bug Zone purview. Example: Brandon found possum scat near my front porch and looked around the eaves of my house and found two probable entries and made sure to tell me about them. My family member has Tyler in their area and report that he is the same in thoroughness, care & details. I almost hate to post this review because I hate to share such a treasured resource.
