Roberto is the absolute BEST!!! He's been treating our property for over 3 years now and I couldn't be happier! He comes by every 3 months and I really notice the difference with the bugs and scorpions staying away. With all the new housing construction, we were getting a ton of scorpions and spiders but ever since we hired Roberto, we haven't had ANY problems! He also installed his patent owned garage shield and it's AMAZING! I'm so incredibly happy with this product!! It not only keeps the pests out but also keeps the dirt and debris out of our garage as well! Living in Texas I've always been so scared to walk in our garage due to the snakes. But now with this shield installed, it seals all the gaps and it's such a relief! Plus our garage has never been cleaner! I highly recommend this to everyone. You won't be disappointed! Hern's pest control service and garage shield is a win win! read more

They've been at my House when scheduled (I have a year contract) sprayed and are very professional. And the owner is very nice. No bugs anymore. I'd say yes, and yes. read more

I needed pest control help when I discovered there was a rat in my house. I found good reviews for Hern's Pest Control, and I am so glad I called Roberto Hern. I reached out to him via text on his website, https://hernspc.com/, and he responded immediately. He came out that afternoon and evaluated my situation. To say I'm glad I called Hern's is an understatement. Roberto conducts his business the way we would like for all businesses to operate. Responsive, experienced, kind, and a good human being with 26 years of experience in pest control. His charges for setting traps was quite reasonable, and he called the next day to follow up. That was impressive. I strongly recommend you contact Hern's if you need pest control. Support your local business that cares. Thank you, Roberto! read more

We just moved to the area and we were looking for a reliable but clean pest control company. We only use clean products in our house and wanted a company that offers that but is also local. Roberto was very responsive and with all the rain we had recently, was super flexible with our scheduling. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be using his array of services while we live here in McKinney. read more

I'd like to take a moment and post a review which I do periodically... I was referred to Herns Pest Control via a FB referral... We all know recommendations from actual clients go a long way.... I called the owner and he took time to talk with and explain his service. I reached out on behalf of my son and DIL... Mr.Herns came out to the home, explained in detail options as well as an inspection to determine best course...Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and personable... We need that friendly, neighborly, helpful attitude so desperately now and I believe Mr.Herns embodies it. Thx much!!! read more

Roberto Hern does great work. We were starting to see spider webs under the counters in our new build kitchen. He came out to our house and took care of it for us and with the treatment we don't have to worry about the spiders coming back. While doing the exterior treatment on the house he found and removed a wasp nest near our front door. We were happy he found it before anyone was stung. Quality work for a great price! My husband and I are glad we found him. read more

I spent a lot of time on the phone with Roberto and he was very thorough in his explanation of his services. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. When he came out to do his initial treatment he spent a lot of time going over the service and answering all my questions. I am very pleased and absolutely recommend him. read more

Roberto Hern's company is God driven, not profit driven. Roberto has extensive knowledge about pest control and shares that with you. He explains everything he is doing and why. I highly recommend Hern's Pest Control. read more

I saw a rat outside, we're on very large lots and my neighbor has lots of chickens which draw vermin in. We wanted to ensure they weren't in our home and couldn't get in. Roberto checked the perimeter and all the weeping holes, found a couple a little large and suggested we fill with a metal fabric. He also found some spots on the roof ridge vent and some trim. Gave us some great info on how to keep them away, like 'don't draw them in with poison food'. He confirmed no signs in the attic. We plan to follow his advice and keep it that way. Also, Roberto spent an hour walking around the property then more time consulting with us, and wasn't going to charge us. I paid him something anyway because he does provide a lot of knowledge. Really a nice man. Please consider him. Say's he'll handle anything but termites. Oh, and he took a beetle with him to see if he could identify it. read more

We recently moved in to our newly built home and needed to begin routine pest control. Roberto was great! He was easy to contact and flexible with schedules. He was very informative and provided education that was very helpful. Much more personable and helpful than the big pest control chains. We are very happy to find him and strongly recommend him! read more

It's rare that i take the time to leave a review for anything so the fact that I'm leaving one for a pest control company should speak volumes. Roberto and his team are always extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The consultation is next level and what you would expect from a much larger company. I've recommended Hern's Pest Control to everyone that i can! read more

Roberto is the best! The day after he came out my problems were fixed! He's been responsive, and his customer service is impeccable!

I couldn't recommend Hern's more! We had neglected pest control for a while and called Hern's to help get us back in shape and on an extermination schedule. Roberto came out and walked us through exactly what he was going to do, what he was using, and then afterwards told us what he found. He cleaned all of the cobwebs and wasp nests that had been out of our reach, helping the house immediately look better. He never tried to sell us on anything we didn't need and made sure we've been happy and satisfied throughout the process. read more

I recently hired Hern's pest control to perform an inspection and rodent exclusion. Roberto was knowledgeable, professional, fair and did an excellent job. Bofore and after photos were taken & the work is guaranteed for 1 year. He did not try to convince me to do extra services. I have recommended him to friends & neighbors. read more
