Roberto Hern does great work. We were starting to see spider webs under the counters in our new build kitchen. He came out to our house and took care of it for us and with the treatment we don't have to worry about the spiders coming back. While doing the exterior treatment on the house he found and removed a wasp nest near our front door. We were happy he found it before anyone was stung. Quality work for a great price! I saw a rat outside, we're on very large lots and my neighbor has lots of chickens which draw vermin in. We wanted to ensure they weren't in our home and couldn't get in. Roberto checked the perimeter and all the weeping holes, found a couple a little large and suggested we fill with a metal fabric. He also found some spots on the roof ridge vent and some trim. Gave us some great info on how to keep them away, like 'don't draw them in with poison food'. He confirmed no signs in the attic. We plan to follow his advice and keep it that way. Also, Roberto spent an hour walking around the property then more time consulting with us, and wasn't going to charge us. I paid him something anyway because he does provide a lot of knowledge. Really a nice man. Please consider him. Say's he'll handle anything but termites. Oh, and he took a beetle with him to see if he could identify it. read more
