I started hearing some scampering in my attic a few months ago. And much worse, my dogs heard it too. Aaron came out the very next day to take a look at my property. He told me that there was nearly no damage to my attic, just a few holes around the roof line of my house. He put these little doors on the holes so that the squirrels could leave but not get back in. Within a week, he came back and fixed up the holes. Have plenty of trees, squirrels, etc around. Asked Matt to secure home so we do not get any visitors inside the house. Replaced vents, secured/painted corners and other openings around the house. Excellent fellow. Came out to investigate a possible infestation in our chimney, and completely understood my desire to not hurt or exterminate any creature found up in it. Luckily, squirrels were just occasionally checking it out, not actually nesting in there. He sealed up their entrance, and even informed us of some issues with our chimney that need correcting (we had just bought the house and hadn't been up there yet). I had several other animal control people in before I found Matt, and I'm glad I kept searching because I was very uncomfortable about what the other vendors were trying to "push" on me. Matt knew we were dealing with a squirrel before he ever walked in the house just by our description of the noise in the ceiling. And Matt is the ONLY one that found the real entry point, which was proved several days later when the squirrel left and couldn't get back in thanks to the one way door. Matt was very timely for my appointment. I had contacted them with a specific problem, a bird's nest in my exhaust vent. Matt came out and got right to work. He's very polite and professional. He checked the vent first to ensure there were no current residents and no eggs. Then he cleaned everything out and then installed a cover over the vent to prevent any other feathery friends from moving in. I was very pleased with the work and the amount quoted/paid. This past week, Matt came out to remove an opossum from my attic. I had no idea how it had gotten in there but it was making a horrible racket at night. He explained how he was going to remove the opossum without hurting it. He installed a door on the hole on my outside wall where it was getting in. After the opossum was gone, he fixed the hole and I can hardly see it's even there! The staff was very polite and informative, and promptly solved my problem. We had a rat problem for a couple of months and had tried to get rid of them on our own. It was to the point that they were sneaking into our pantry at night and hauling out boxed and sealed food. I was desperate! I Googled and Googled every method and trick in the book. We must have made over 10 shopping trips for different "stuff". We kept catching rats.
