From the person that took our intake, Terry, until the time of the service, the communication has been polite, thorough, and useful. There were no hard sell tactics. I now know why. There is no need. Shaquille J was the professional that did our pest control work for us today. I think that the best thing I could say about him is that I would be proud were I his father (my kids are his age). In his work, he was thorough and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get behind things I had inadvertently placed in the way. As a person, he is special. He is exceedingly polite and well spoken. He listens very well. I also appreciated his patience. My wife and I basically told him the same story about our concerns without knowing he had been told by the other. He politely listened, asked appropriate questions, was appreciative of the info, and did not let on that the conversation was a rerun (though, admittedly, my wife's was more detail rich). I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees of this company. That speaks well of owner/management also as it is clearly a culture that values good work and customer service. I was a little reluctant to change services because we liked our previous company's technician. We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be.
