Signup: We signed up for their "Triple Barrier Defense". Neo was our initial contact. He always returned my calls within minutes given that we took a while to decide. We shopped around a bit but most did not include our yard. Neo explained the process in great detail and was very honest from the beginning. It felt like an open neighborly conversation with no hard sell tactics. Online portal: Their online portal is superb. It let's me pay online, see upcoming visits, technician notes, and products used. They are very good. Before service treatment guy, explained me about the details of the service indoor and outdoor.He cleared all the little webs around the roof of the house. He put sticky pads around 2 garages and gave me extra samples.Their treatment is effective. Which I did not see in any other pest control company. I changed 2 vendors in last 6 months for my new house . I think I will stick to Ephlora.
