Gecko Green (not) Has been "treating" my lawn for a year now. It looks worse than ever! Lotsa brown spots and a ton of weeds. Neighbors with no service lawns look a lot better. The techs are here for a few minutes and could not have covered the whole lawn areas. I call to complain and they first will tell me, "It is the weather"??? then "You have to wait for it to take affect". It's been a year. They have blown another round of smoke. I committed and provided my CC payment info on 6/3/25 if the application was scheduled for Friday, 6/3, or Monday, 6/9. On Monday, I did not receive any updates, so I reached out to them, and they got back to me and told me they'll be out on 6/10/25. I also asked them what time they would be here, and they could not provide a time, but they would contact me in the AM and provide a window. Now, the day they are due, I have not heard from them, so I reached out to them again, and the gentleman who answered the phone said that he or someone else would get back to me. A few minutes later, I received a recording saying that they would not be coming out and they would reschedule. I followed up on the email and received this ridiculous message that they needed to reschedule due to weather or personnel issues. I replied to them indicating that since it was not scheduled until yesterday, it was "Monday," and to the best of my knowledge, it has not rained on Monday during the day or so far on Tuesday. I decided to give Gecko Green a chance, as I was dissatisfied with my previous service provider. In order to get ready for the aeration and first application, I ran my sprinkler system for the first time this year. What a mess! A broken valve and line flooded my yard for hours! The Gecko Green guy came by to do the service, but he couldn't because of the flooded conditions, but he did help me by turning off the water. Gecko Green checked with me every day, and finally conditions were right to get the service performed. I think Gecko Crand I are at the beginnings of a wonderful friendship! read more

Leo came on 7/22/2024 and made one pass around the outer side of the east side of our yard and did NOT walk around the west side. I called him and said we watched him on our Ring camera, but he insisted he covered our entire yard. NOT!! I called the customer service manager, Josiah and he said he would definitely get involved and call me back the next day! It's been almost a month now and Josiah has NEVER called me back!!! I am not happy with their work OR their customer service. I have already paid in full for my service for a few more months and no one has reached out to me to ask if I plan on continuing my service. read more

The services & product we received were subpar and results were totally the opposite of what was presented to us. Our lawn and landscape is in the worst shape its even been in. We paid a premium for these services and the results would have been better if we did nothing at all to our lawn. This company has a great marketing and sales approach but the deliverable is well below the average for these types of services. Do not pay this company upfront. I would have fired them mid way through the season if I had not already paid for the services. The service & products did not provide the results I was promised. This was a very disappointing experience with Gecko Green. read more
