Your technicians need to be more aware of and careful with home owners plants. I have new grape vines planted in my back yard that one of the vines was severed at the ground. I initially had an issue with one of the technicians putting on an improper chemical to our yard, creating some burn spots. However, Hector and Alyssia WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to contact me about the problem, and revisited us to rectify it. They have 1) resprayed the yard, and 2) overseeded parts of the lawn to remedy the situation, without charge to us. Brant's Lawn Care is fantastic. My wife and I moved to our home just under a year ago and the lawn was definitely in need of some attention. I have been waiting to see how things look at around 1 year but decided I needed to post my review early because of just how great their company conducts themselves. We recently asked for aeration and unfortunately one of our sprinkler heads was damaged. Once I noticed this and let them know, Bryan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the damage like a true professional. They were also planning a treatment, but after realizing the winds were not conducive they actually rescheduled us for this and generated an e-mail explaining it - that is called integrity. Their customer service portal (for online invoicing/payment) is convenient, although we had a couple of minor glitches this season and I do miss Brian's personal comments about his impressions of our lawn's health and what to consider (i.e. changing water schedules, fungal treatment). I take these as signs that their business is growing, which is a good thing. We will have to wait for the lawn to perk up this season before considering any before-and-after pictures, but can definitely recommend Brant's based on their honesty and customer service. If you are even considering doing business with them, you should just go for it. read more

I am so glad I went with Brant's Lawn Care. Our front yard was one of the worst on the block. I thought we might need to start over: pull up the old grass and reseed. Brian came out and aerated, fertilized and treated the weeds including dallisgrass, dandelions, and a bunch of other weeds. Within a week I could see a difference. A month later my husband was mowing the front lawn and a stranger said our lawn was the best on the block. I'm not sure that is totally accurate, but it felt really good! read more

This company sprayed weed killer on my lawn by mistake. They apparently went to the wrong house. When the guy came out to talk about it he was very condescending and very rude. They told me they would make it right, and they applied to fungicide treatments. When I asked them to come out and do fertilizer treatment again they refused. I will never use them again and I do not recomend. Their customer service is horrible read more
