They are very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. They also call before they come and if you want they let you know when they arrive and finish. Ryan Anderson, an employee that does my house frequently, is very punctual, reliable, professional, friendly, and does an excellent job. It is a good value for pest control, very reasonable. I like that they have I'd badges and professional matching business shirts. If you do not want to see them or you are not at home when scheduled, you can reschedule or leave your gate unlocked. This company basically dumped us after the kept telling us they could do the job. Called and talked to them twice the day of the scheduled service and and they said they would be here within 20 minutes... then after 30-40 minutes I get a call back and they said they couldn't handle the job. I am still pissed off that an exterminator whose job is to fix these problems ran like a bunch of chickens and kicked me to the curb!!! Buyer beware, horrible business practices after they commit then just say we can't do it? Bizarre a business in the exterminator business would run like cowards! NO STARS worthy!!! read more

Forterra sales came knocking just in time. Our old pest control company bailed on us...or couldn't find our house, and we were able to schedule service with Forterra the next day. The Technician was on time, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and offered reasonably priced solutions to fix problems. The quarterly price is about the same as our old company so we're happy. We set up our first service for April 1st, after paying in advance for a years worth of pest control. The appointment was set for the afternoon of the 4th of April. We didn't get any notice that our appointment had been changed, I had to call and ask where the tech was and was told they couldn't make it. They rescheduled for the 18th and on Sunday the 17th they shot me an email stating it will be the 30th before our very first treatment will happen. I know there is a labor shortage and I'm willing to give the benefit of doubt, so I will update everyone concerning the quality of service, once we get serviced. BTW, this is the first ever review I have given anyone, I look forward to giving my first 5 star. read more
