As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

They were completely gone, and honestly, it felt like we had our life back! I would highly recommend this company over any other company, including the big-name brands. Eric, who I believe is the owner, personally stayed in touch with us, gave us recommendations, followed up with us, and genuinely seemed to care about our situation. He even made sure not to enter certain areas during treatment times. You can tell this company actually cares about their customers and the results they provide. Five-star review without a doubt. Thank you again for giving us our home back!

I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rodent Retreat!
