This review is not for Pest Control, this is for Mr. Gann as a rental property owner. The property is managed by McCaw properties, which at one time his son in law was employed. This review is about McCaw properties and Mr. Gann himself. I lived at this property for 14 + years, the last several of those years, Mr. Gann had purchased the property while I was in resident. Mr. Gann at the direction of the McCaw team, raised my rent by $300 a month, which was understandable with new management, but a big stretch for me. I did pay it of course, I was never late on my rent, not one single time in 14 yrs. I also treated the property like my own home, hundreds of dollars in new fans and light fixtures, painting and yard improvement....it was my home, and after than many years I treated it as such. Mr. Gann never returned a phone call or a text with me, and I reached out multiple times. Mr. Gann did not stop at the add'l $300, every time a new lease was signed my rent was raised by $25 to $50, one year lease, or 6 month lease, did not matter,, he raised my rent so high I finally had to leave my home. My home where my kids came, my grandkids were practically raised, my memories....he took everything, and no amount of trying to reason would be enough. Mr. Gann has a worker at his pest control company, he needs a place to live, well, guess what Mr. Gann has now done, he is kicking out my neighbor and refusing to renew her lease, he is now taking her home too to appease himself. When is enough, enough Mr. Gann?? You profess to be a Christian man, but shame on you, Christian men do not kick single women out on the street, and take so much from them that they can no longer live in what they feel is their home. I know you are a property owner, and as such you can do what you want, but when is it enough to hurt people the way you do, and you hide behind McCaw. You are a greedy landlord Mr. Gann, I can only imagine how many others you have shafted, driven you your greed. DO NOT ever rent from this man, you will be moving by lease time once you see how much he will raise your rent, and how inefficient McCaw Property Management really is!!!
