Erik argued with me constantly, telling me what I was seeing wasn't fleas(we had two types of fleas in our home--sticktight fleas and fleas from a wild bird nest our dogs had gotten into). When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. As for value, it was a complete waste of money, and I have no idea what this guy even sprayed in my home. Steer clear of this company!

I do think the thoroughness of the technicians varies. I have seen less bugs enter my house ( very old house) since getting the service. I do wish they had better ant control services. I also get monthly mosquito services April- October. It has greatly impacted how many mosquitos are in my yard. Also their products are pollinator and animal safe.

We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be. He also would ramble about his former drug use, car accident which put him on pain pills he got addicted to, and that he and his wife could barely make ends meet and were living out of a hotel. The final straw was when the son tried to poach his Dad's business. He asked my husband how much his Dad quoted us to treat fire ants. Then he said if we went off the record with him, he would treat them for far less. My husband called John to share with him his concerns and the first thing John asked was, "Did his Tourette's come out?" I'm sorry what? So you send your son with Tourette's and hope he keeps it under wraps? Then he tells my husband than you and he would like to sit down with him after Thanksgiving week and chat. Welp, he has never followed up since and after the crazy comments from his technician son, we won't ever use them again. We had been customers for over 5 years.
