After experiencing…read morea carpenter ant infestation during a recent renovation, I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Ceaser. He was there in a matter of hours and went above and beyond to control the problem but also checked for any additional pest. Following our emergency visit Ceaser came back and met me at the property to go over the issue (and the anthills that called our backyard home). His pricing for seasonal service was beyond fair and has kept our home and yard pest free season after season. His responsiveness amd prompt service has truly gone above any expectations. Working in real estate I have seen my share of pest control companies, and can only recommend Lewisville Pest Control. Using safe non toxic practices and so easy to communicate- highly qualified and recommend!

Other companies they used took advantage of them because they are senior citizens. I called Ally Pest and they came out and promised me they would get rid of the bed bugs and they did. They had to come out several times but they did what they said they would do! They charged me one price and one price only. I didn't have to pay extra for the other times they came out! Brien was my exterminator and he was awesome! My mom passed away and he left a nice vase of flowers for us. I can't say enough about this company! I will say that they are VERY honest and reliable.

Customer service is horrible. I asked the sales rep specifically about how they handle mud wasps,…read moresnap traps inside the house, and what they would do for fire ants. The rep totally misrepresented everything. He said they would kill, remove and clean all traces of mud wasps, then spray a deterrent. False. They can only knock off a bit and aren't allowed to actually clean the wall and do not spray deterrent either. Was then quoted $2500 if I wanted them to put snap traps inside the house. Not included as they initially confirmed. And the fire ants are so much worse since DANCAN. I was also told I could cancel whenever, no mention of a 12 month contract from the extremely misleading door to door rep. I went to buy more of what I had that was working from Lowe's instead and requested to cancel. No one calls back. Text support says they will cancel it and have a manager call me. It's been weeks of this and I'm now getting emails that they are trying to come service the address and bill me again. This is absurd.
