Even…read morebefore we moved in we noticed that wasps love our patio and eaves, so we looked for good local pest control companies as soon as we moved in. Although Pest Me Off seemed like a newer company, I really liked that they published their prices directly on their website - I didn't see anyone else who did that. When I called in, they were very friendly and gave me the impression they knew exactly how to help with our wasp problem. We now subscribe to their monthly plan to get free visits whenever we notice more problem bugs. Just today we had Ryan come out to take a look at some new mud dauber nests that we didn't see the first time around. Ryan went above and beyond, finding and addressing a yellow jacket nest we didn't know about, along with many fire ant hills and other pests around our house, backyard, and fence line. Thanks to Pest Me Off, our family can enjoy our backyard and patio without worrying about getting bit or stung.

Avoid this company at all costs. Jennifer is one of the most unprofessional, rude, and arrogant…read morepeople I've ever dealt with. From the moment I asked a simple question, she talked to me like I was stupid and acted like she was doing me a favor just by responding. No customer service skills, no patience, no respect. And the work? Absolutely awful. My yard looked worse after they "treated" it. Weeds were still everywhere, and whatever they sprayed didn't seem to do anything at all. It looked like they just showed up, halfheartedly did the job, and left without a care. When I brought it up, Jennifer got defensive instead of trying to make it right. No apology, no solution, just attitude. What's even more laughable is that they BRAG on their Facebook page about having no employees. When a company goes from having a team to suddenly being proud of having no one, it usually means something went wrong. high turnover, poor management, or bad work culture. And when there's no staff, there's no quality control, no accountability, and no consistency. Just one person doing everything, cutting corners, and blaming the customer when things go wrong. Which explains why things are the way they are now. I strongly warn anyone thinking about hiring this company: don't. You'll waste your money, your time, and end up with a yard full of weeds and a headache from dealing with Jennifer. Go with literally anyone else.

After an initial visit for about $200, the critters were gone, that initial visit fee included follow ups to come get the dead bodies but we only needed 1. We pay them an incredibly reasonable fee to come out once every three months. And true to their word, whenever we even think we hear a rustling they come out and check it out for no extra charge. They always give us a two hour window, but show up on time. For example, today it was "between 12 & 2" and they were here at 12:02. Not only am I impressed with the effectiveness of their service, we haven't seen a critter inside since they started, the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
