We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word.
