From the person that took our intake, Terry, until the time of the service, the communication has been polite, thorough, and useful. There were no hard sell tactics. I now know why. There is no need. Shaquille J was the professional that did our pest control work for us today. I think that the best thing I could say about him is that I would be proud were I his father (my kids are his age). In his work, he was thorough and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get behind things I had inadvertently placed in the way. As a person, he is special. He is exceedingly polite and well spoken. He listens very well. I also appreciated his patience. My wife and I basically told him the same story about our concerns without knowing he had been told by the other. He politely listened, asked appropriate questions, was appreciative of the info, and did not let on that the conversation was a rerun (though, admittedly, my wife's was more detail rich). I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees of this company. That speaks well of owner/management also as it is clearly a culture that values good work and customer service. I was a little reluctant to change services because we liked our previous company's technician. We were not fond of the business side of that national company, but sometimes 'the Devil you know is better than the Devil you don't." In this instance, that maxim does not hold. I am so delighted we finally made the switch of companies for pest control. I encourage you to give Paragon Pest Control a call if you anything less than delighted by your current service. They came back & checked everything weekly -- sometimes sooner -- and once sure all activity in the attic ceased, they thoroughly blocked all points of entry. The quote was more reasonable than 2 competitor bids. One major competitor showed us fake photos that were not from our attic! This company is honest & provide a warranty. Love supporting our troops back at home. A win-win!

WOOHOO!…read more I was having a huge issue with wasps all around my property, so much so that they were getting inside of my house and I could not figure out where they were coming from! After many frustrating phone calls to other pest control places, all while killing wasps in my kitchen left and right, they were able to squeeze me in same day! They were quick to come out and help me! They sprayed all the areas outside my home and really soaked all the high activity wasp areas. They also treated my attic with was really great too!
