My wife spotted some "white" ants in our bathroom in the evening. My worries were confirmed as they weren't ants but subterranean termites! I had a mouse in my kitchen that was freaking all of us out. My mom noticed it first over the weekend and when she saw it he ran behind the stove. The following morning I saw it and damn near screamed my head off. He was just as freaked out as I was as he hauled ass behind the stove. That evening we went to Home Depot and picked up some rat/mouse repellent and some caulk to seal any holes behind the stove and around the dishwasher. I was going to buy some glue traps but nobody in the house wanted to be responsible for picking up the trap once the mouse was trapped because it would still be alive! So we put the repellent out that night but that did not work because the next morning that SOB hauled ass into my utility room when I turned on the kitchen light. I made up my mind that I was just going to get an exterminator to come out and deal with it. I found STC and sent a message for a quote. Chad came out the other day to do an inspection and told me what he would do and how much it would cost. He put out about 5 or 6 traps in the kitchen and added peanut butter for bait. He told me that he would have to come back out the following day to put a rodent box outside and seal up some areas and add traps in the attic. The next morning I turned the kitchen light on and I did not see any movement. I walked further into the kitchen and BOOM there that SOB was stuck to the glue trap in the middle of the kitchen. Omg I was so relieved!!!!!! Chad came back out yesterday and removed the mouse and did everything that he said he would do. The price was fair considering everything he did for me. Yesterday (Sunday) I discovered ants were invading my sunroom/living room​, leaving a pile against my baseboard. We've had a few ant piles outside, and tried to treat them over the years on our own, but now the ants were trying to move in. I got online and sent a request for quote to two companies. Chad responded in 10-15 minutes with a clear quote for the initial service and a price for quarterly service​ if I chose to go that route. His quote was the lowest by about $20, but I would have gone with him either way because his communication was so clear and responsive. We live in far North Fort Worth/Haslet area, but Chad had no problem getting to us the next day, as we requested. Chad gave me a 2-hour​ window for the next morning.
