The exterminator contracted by the complex just does the bare minimum - probably fine at prevention as long as your place is clean, but not useful against an infestation already underway. I searched Yelp for an exterminator and Mars was able to send someone out the next day! Joseph arrived and explained the 4 different chemicals being used and what they do. One of them was a bait and would draw them out so that the other 3 chemicals could "attack". After he was finished spraying, I struck up a conversation and as we were chatting, those suckers were coming out of the woodwork.
