As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. I have NEVER had a pest control company do that. Ever! For the unaware, boric acid kills silverfish and if you google where they like to live, it's primarily attics. They do like books and cloth, etc but they love attics. Boric acid is also great for keeping critters (like rats) uncomfortable because it burns their bellies as they walk through it.
