We tried everything. Coaxing him out with food & treats. All the usual stuff that typically works for our DOMESTICATED animal and NOTHING. We feared the worst since we could not get him to respond. We thought he was stressed, dehydrated and too weak to get himself out from wherever he was. After trying to seek help from our local animal control, vet AND fire department with no advice, we turned to AAAC. Christian was fantastic. He came out with his partner and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very hardworking. He had a very calming presence which kept us from spiraling and assuming the worst. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little kids who were at home. Christian and his partner were in our attic for approximately two and a half hours, crawling through insulation then ultimately used their thermal equipment to locate Mowgli. My husband and I genuinely felt like these guys were committed and went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation. We are so appreciative of them and will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with wildlife or domestic animal removal. Thank you Christian and team!

We called two other companies, with no relief, and the problem actually got worse after their treatments! Brad came out to our home the next day after we called him and he performed the most thorough home inspection out of the three companies, and even better than our initial home inspector for our loan! Brad told us that he would hate to add another treatment to our regiment as perhaps the other companies method would just take another week or two, so I thought that was incredibly ethical on his part! However, this mother did not want any more flying (HUGE) ants in my son's bedroom anymore and asked him to perform whatever he thought would do the trick. After he discussed his treatment plan with us, it was that same week that he was back to treat the issue and noticed that we had someone out already to cut back one of our Oaks that was leaning on the house. All of his advice/treatment WORKED!! We have never been so happy to get those damaging pests out of our home and we have had zero trace of them ever since! Brad has provided our family with regular pest control care (every two months) with organic and non-organic options, (per our request and preferences) and we simply do not have any bug issues at all! He regularly checks our attic, and lets us know if any maintenance on our house needs to be completed as well, regardless of whether it impacts our bug community or not! We had a raccoon problem at my parents' house, and of all…read morethe companies I called, I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable David was on the phone, and how willing he was to talk me through his thoughts on what was happening. (For comparison, the other companies had nice people answering their phones, but it was clear these people weren't the ones actually doing the critter control.) On first visit, David came completely prepared with all the equipment he needed, and patiently walked my mom through everything he was planning on doing, why he was doing it, and gave her a quote. My mom was hesitant initially because she had never hired someone to do this type of job before, and David didn't pressure her at all or try to scare her into signing the contract. On the contrary, he was completely respectful and understanding. After she decided to sign the contract, he immediately went to work setting up several baited traps and cameras. It didn't take long at all for us to start seeing results. We thought we were only dealing with three raccoons, and he caught us something like 11 raccoons (yes, 11!!!!), and 2 bonus possums. Wow! Talk about effective! Not only was David extremely effective, he was so very kind. My kids (ages 7, 5, and basically 2) were so interested in his work. When he would come to get the animals that had been trapped, my three kiddos would come rushing out with my mom to watch David work and ask many questions and make many observations. He greeted them kindly every time, and answered all their many queries. He was so patient with their attention, even when it slowed down his work. It was so touching to see him extend such kindness to my kids. He was so considerate and friendly with them, that my older two are sad there are no more raccoons to catch and that they don't get to see Mr. David everyday anymore! Seeing him had been truly the highlight of their days this past week and a half. My oldest even said he wished he had known when Mr. David's last day would be so he could have drawn him a picture. :) Overall, I can't say enough good things about David and Klondike Critter Service.
