Wildlife X Team was an absolute nightmare--unresponsive, ineffective, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. I initially paid them to handle a rat problem in my attic, only to be left with the same issue and an even bigger headache. After multiple visits, the issue was never resolved. The technician who was supposed to be my point of contact stopped responding, and when I finally reached him, he told me he no longer worked for the company. When I tried contacting the main office via email and phone, I was met with silence. With no response from the company, I submitted a credit card dispute and forgot about it. When I finally got a hold of someone (after being criticized for using the very email address listed on my invoice and their email signature), they sent out another representative. Instead of actually addressing the problem, he provided a new estimate for $21,000--a staggering price for a job they should have already completed. Management was rude, dismissive, and completely unaccountable throughout every interaction. They were difficult to work with from start to finish, showing no real interest in resolving the issue. The office manager eventually agreed to issue a refund and wrote me a check--but it was rejected by the bank. Had the check cleared, I would have canceled the credit card dispute. Instead, when they found out about the dispute, the office manager called me, yelled at me, and was downright degrading. It was beyond unprofessional and only confirmed how poorly this company is run. Rather than deal with their incompetence any longer, I hired a local vendor who completely resolved the issue for just $273.63. Wildlife X Team is a rip-off. They overcharge, underdeliver, ignore their customers, and treat them with outright disrespect. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable local business like Pest Pro, Terminix, or literally anyone else.

I should have known the company was shady when they came out to give me an inspection, gave me a coupon and then at the actual contract signing they didn't want to honor that coupon. I did get my way with the coupon on "total cost" but I didn't realize they went and changed the cost of "continuing coverage inspection" for the next year by the coupon amount. 2. I went over ALL the details I could with my limited knowledge of termite control with the technician before he even started. He assured me he had the contract with the details and that he would do the job as promised. Wrong. I didn't think I had to watch the technician like a hawk, but apparently I should have. He didn't trench the entire back side of my house!! How does that even happen? Apparently because he didn't know if with the porch that spans the entire back of the house needed to be drilled into or just trenched around. I wish I would have inspected all the work BEFORE I let him leave because I now have to take another half day off work to have this done. 3. In the package I was supposed to get, the technician was ALSO supposed to spray inside the house and attic. The did do some of the walls inside but he didn't do the attic. Again, I didn't think I had to constantly monitor all the application, but apparently I needed to have my own checklist that I went over at the end. Overall, terrible communication between reps (like the worst I have ever seen with a company that had graphs and the package details drawn out for each other). Also, I had to ask for management to contact me after I immediately contacted the regional office when I realized the job wasn't done and after the technician called me the following week to try to come back to do the job again. I'm honestly not sure if they even applied the termite pesticide around the full exterior of my house and this has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. **extra information- my local pest control company charges me $125 less a quarter for routine pest control. Absolutely mind blowing that there is that big of a difference between the cost that actually would give me less pest coverage.

He assured me that he knew exactly what and how to do it. The Rate was $1600 for 30 days trapping plus $275 for each Beaver caught. We thought it was pretty high but agreed since he assured us he knew what he was doing. The original conversations were setting traps on the marina but instead he set 2 snare traps on the shore and didnt mark them with caution, making a very unsafe situation for pets and children that walk the shore. in 7 days the Rangers made him pull the traps since he did not get clearance from Army Corp and fined him because the traps could have badly hurt a child or killed a pet. after only trapping for 7 days and doing it unsafely as well. We asked for $800 to be returned but he refused.
