Do not allow this company in your attic. Do not allow them to install radiant barrier or insulation. Do not pay them a dime until they are finished and you are satisfied. Not including the employees that showed up to perform the actual work, this was the worst company I have ever done business with. The on-site employees were polite and worked hard. They just didn't know what they were doing. It has cost me over $700 to repair my ceiling from where they stomped around my attic on the sheetrock. To have the a/c back to original condition....another $700. They will want 50% down. Don't drink the kool-aide! Project manager was never onsite (until very end and project was horrible). Management and phone support was useless! Took an act of congress to get a phone call returned. I got the owner involved but he never called me as I had requested. Update: been with this company for over 6 years and level of service has gone down significantly. I have been "no showed" at least 3 times on scheduled visits, and I had to call to get answers as to why no one showed. Every time I called I got "oh the tech ran out of time." When asked why they couldn't let me know that the day of "no show" never could get an answer from heather, Sandra, or the gentleman with foreign accent....just excuses. Lester would have to call and smooth things over repeatedly for the scheduling department failures. Mind you, my service is quarterly for pest, so that's 3/4 of the year they didn't bother to let me know what was happening while someone sitting at my house for no reason. I will say the techs themselves do a good job. The company grew too fast and has an incompetent scheduling department that doesn't know how to keep customers informed. Got tired of having to call management to get things done due to the failures of the scheduling department, and had to cancel my services with the company. Maybe since I had been a long time customer I thought keeping me as a happy customer would be a priority. Hopefully they do better on new customers, just be wary since this is how they treat 6+ year customers I guess? read more

They have been unprofessional and impossible to work with. They send new techs every time and each one blames the other and doesn't do their job. The only animals ever caught were by my husband, and without even speaking with us they decided to stop service on an ongoing issue. They are rude, deceptive, and unable to remove critters. I recently moved into a new construction home and was concerned after I saw something on my wall that appeared to be mice droppings in my garage, because that is what my plumber said it was. Chisom was my service technician and could have easily told me that there were rodents in my home and charged me a hefty fee and I would have gladly paid it. However, instead Chisom informed me that I had a lizard (or two) going in and out of my garage (which are harmless) which he could easily determine by the physical attributes of the droppings left behind. Chisom also checked my attic and assured me that the lizard wasn't in there. Lizards are harmless and do not cause damages to homes. Critter stop is an awesome company! This is not my first house purchase and likely won't be my last but I will always call them for any extermination needs. read more

Critter Stop damaged my electrical systems during their scope of removing and replacing my attic insulation, which caused me an additional $1,600 to fix with an electrician. Although the damage was obvious, Critter Stop emphatically denied responsibility for cause and compensation. To make matters worse, they did not remove all the rats, and I now have another rat infestation just months after their work was performed even though my house is very well excluded/sealed off. A true rodent control company would not recommend reinstalling fiberglass insulation, which is what they recommended and installed. In short, Critter Stop is your most expensive option for a cheap roof insulation replacement. Don't let the company name fool you like it did me - they are not rodent/pest experts. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere for any job. read more
