My AI system called it a subterranean termite infestation. I prepared myself for a hefty expense. Zach came out, inspected under the house and called it water damage. No insects. He even apologized for an automatic email that I would later receive offering me a $165 pest control deal. "I just want to set a good sales example for my employees!" In my opinion, there's only one pest control firm in DFW, and that's these guys. This is the only time I wished for more than five stars to give.
