Chris was great! Highly professional, and I highly recommend him! He understood what services I needed and addressed them.

Corrina always communicates when she'll be at your house. When she's there, she akways does a great and very thorough job.

Great customer services, Timberland took the time to explain in detail exactly what he did. Every question asked resulted in a knowledgeable answer. He addressed all of my concerns read more

Our tech Chris went far and beyond in performing a thorough service for us. He listened very carefully and satisfied our concerns with finding and removing a dead and smelly rat in our front bed. He also treated all areas for ants, wasps and pesky nats outside and inside the home. What a great quality job always with a smile. Thank you! read more

Not sure what he did, but I guess it was ok..... Hawx is not a great pest control company. More of a bait and switch operation. I was told it would be a monthly service for 6 months. Then they switched it to a full year and only coming out quarterly. Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

The people are fine. However, whatever they are doing just doesn't work. I wish it did! Unfortunately, within a couple of days of them being here and treating the yard, I am eaten alive by mosquitoes. Whatever they are putting down is just worthless. read more

The bugs were still there. It's been a few months and I feel like I have more bugs than before. I'm not happy with the service.

decent service. even though they are supposed to come out quarterly. I had to set it up again but once scheduled they came out quick. read more

Timberland came out and took care of the mosquitoes and other outdoor bugs and pest. He has a great attitude and was extremely polite. I hope he is our normal pest control service team member. read more

Best pest control I have ever used. Employees are friendly and helpful. Would recommend Hawk over any other!

Service tech Kenny has been to my home 3 different times and while I had minor issues with understanding the billing process, he was able to rectify the issue immediately and took care of what I needed. Thanks Kenny! I like the online option to view my account and schedule appointments. Best thing about hawx is if the service is completed and you're still having pest issues they will come back out to redo service. It's easy to get someone on the phone as well. Highly recommend hawx. read more

They could not control fire ants or mosquitos. These are my two worst problems. I don't trust them at all since they lied to me. I finally got them to completely cancel my service with several phone calls and a threat to take them to small claims court. read more

Been with Hawx for several years now and have been extremely happy with the service. We see very little activity in our house. Highly recommend. read more

This is the worst pest control service ever ! after The first service I am having worse ever pest infestation inside my house, hundreds of millipedes are now crawling inside my house. whatecer you do, do not sign up for this Pest Control service. They trick people to sign up. they should be called hoax not Haux read more

The first time they serviced my house the technician was so high that he serviced the wrong house and was driving away when I flagged him down. He did a poor job, but they sent a different technician a few days later. After that I could not get service again. The AI phone system will never confirm an appointment and hangs up on me if I ask to speak to a human. I would not recommend this company/service to anyone. read more

Called for pest control and they came and looked at the house and decided to call cps!!! That same day cps shows up and said I can't see why cps was called and is closing the case. If I'm calling for pest control I'm trying to fix it why call cps!! read more

Missed appointments, terrible service, too much automation. I really believe the technician completed a service report without visiting our home. Terrible! read more

Terrible service. I paid in full for a year. They came to my house one time. I had wasp all over my front porch and asked for them to come back. Took a month to resechedule for followup. I cancelled and it cost me more than half the year fees for a one time spray. They refunded me 1/3 of what I paid in full. This company is a scam and they do not care about the customer. They do not do followups in a timely matter and still charge you monthly for their service. Do not get caught up in this scam. I should have read reviews when they sent a salesman to my home. read more

The salesperson was Jordan, nice, polite. Next day service, was great. But we didn't expect to have something taken from our Home. The one who took it, knows just how wrong it is. We want to be made whole again. . read more

We've had this service for about a year and we are not disappointed. Our technician is Miguel F. He was quick and efficient.

Jalen came out for a re-do inspection. Jalen was told about wasp and ant issues and he took care of the problems quickly and with great care. Hawx has a great product and warranty service and I recommend them for the value. read more

Joshua was very professional and he made sure all of my needs and requests were taken care of.

The technician was not able to offer basic services, only overkill solutions. I know he's only following the company's guidelines, it's not a reflection of him, but this seems predatory. read more

Cameron came out in a timely manner and addressed all of of concerns and treated them. He let me know when he was in the way and was very thorough and polite. The mosquitoes are so bad, that I still am not able to enjoy my backyard, I do not go outside because the mosquitoes and chiggers are so bad that I am miserable. My husband removes his clothes in the garage before he enters the house.. I thought that the past control would remove these problems. Would you please call and clarify exactly what your service should be eliminating.. read more

Christopher was great today! Took care of all my issues 10/10 Service every time with Hawx

I have been doing business with Hawx for years. I have no complaints. Our service technician, Jeramiyah D, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very respectful and courteous. He does his job with a smile even in these extreme temperatures. I'd definitely recommend Hawx. read more

This is the worst place ever the tech we had justin was horrible he stayed on his cell phone the whole time he smoked a cigarette in my backyard no respect or manners he was late to the appointment this is the second bad experience read more

The Rep / Josh checked in with me. But then only stayed for less than 10 minutes. He was supposed to treat the outside. I was not able to watch him the whole time and I can't tell if he did anything or not. No spray or any evidence of what he treated. I also asked him to check and refill a rat bait box but again it was not moved or touched. So I am questioning if he did anything at all. read more

This company Sucks and cant even service the correct property. DO NOT EVER USE THEM you cant even cacle so called contracts that they put in place without charging you. read more

Mian provided great service. I will request him as our treating technician in the future. I was frustrated with customer service/scheduling this time around. They sent me a text saying they would schedule my service, they did not. When I called in they said it would take 5+ weeks to get to us. They schedules for July 3rd, first available so they said. On July 3rd no one showed, & I got a text at 5:07pm saying the technician couldn't make it today and they would reschedule. Poor service for the day before a holiday and after the phones turned off. Not to mention this was 5+ weeks after my initial service was due. The following Monday when I called no apology just that they couldn't see me until July 14th! If I have problems next time I will be switching to another pest control provider. Not the way a "valued" customer should be treated! read more

Kevin did a great job. We have had others that did a good job, Kevin was extra thorough.

Isiah was prompt and polite. I requested more traps and he quickly placed them in front yard. read more
