As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

They arrived on time as promised after I arranged an appointment. Both Kyle and his coworker were kind and well-mannered. They investigated the issues we were encountering after taking a look around the house. They also dealt with the issues. I was quite impressed. They spent approximately an hour on my initial session and were extremely thorough. I'm very glad we made the transition to them. He did a complete look around the house and found some areas that could be an issue later but nothing serious at the moment. I just bought this house and it turns out DeWayne serviced this home a few months ago with the previous owners - I guess we keep it in the family/house.
