Kevin with Aloha and Omega Pest Control was awesome. He was on time (I wasn't late!) , and he did a great job of explaining my options. He even treated same day when I thought I'd have to schedule another appointment (I thought this was just a quote). Their office staff was great too with setting up my appointments. I highly recommend them. They are professional, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. If you need pest control, these are the ones to hire! read more

Very nice company. We had a raccoon in our attic space but were referred out unfortunately the raccoon family was in a hard to get to spot. I would recommend this company. read more

Awesome company. Kevin did a great job explaining the process that I needed. Will be using them again.

We called Alpha and Omega looking for a company that would service our Burleson Rent house. I f you call them you're likely going to get an answering machine like we did but don't let that stop you. They called us back quickly and were very friendly and professional. They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. I also went by their office to meet the owner and admin staff right on Renfro. So glad I happened to find this gem of a company, I will definitely have them protect our main house. They are ALL about customer service and that's rare these days! read more

I'm honestly on the fence with this ones services. We had been using another company that got bought out by a larger company, and that small business we became very friendly with the owner and his staff, and they billed us around $90, once sold they went to $103. Others were wanting $100, all with contracts. We wanted to stay away from contracts and Alpha and Omega has that option. The part that I balk on a bit isn't the price, which for the basic service is $55.00, not a bad price, but all they really do is spray base boards and the foundation area of the house. They don't put down traps at the garage door gaps, they don't spray outside spiders and wasps that may be housing on the eaves and upper corners of the house, they don't spray a parameter around the house to deter pests, they don't knock down nest and other bug homes outside, they don't powder the weep holes in the brick, and there are a few small things they don't do. They will do all of that for another $70! Not raise the price to $70, that's $70 on top of the basic $55 service! This just out priced themselves from the competitors. I can get the full service for $100 elsewhere or pay them $125 per service to get all of that. Crazy pricing structure from the decades of experience with other businesses. Add to this that the price on neither of those covers ants. The tech read off the few bugs they treat for, the most common, but ants in the house is a whole other fee, pushing the rate to over $200. On the plus side, the scheduler and the tech were very friendly and helpful, answered all of the questions we had. They put you on a schedule and call before the next service, so I was told. We've only had one service to date. Tho I don't know that I will have them come out again, not when I can get what I am used to getting for less. If they had a $100 option for that full treatment that we've come accustomed too, then I'd be on it, but for a simple spray of chemicals along my baseboards, it's not really worth the cost to me. read more

Kevin was great did what we expected and cleared and refilled the things he said he would. This is the kind of thing that is great! Do what you say! Amazing but missing from the world. read more

After seeing two big roaches in our kitchen, we called Alpha and Omega and Kevin came out and doused the house inside and out. He was polite and informative, offering different formulas and treatments. I love that they do not require a contract. We were with Alamo Pest prior to this and they were almost impossible to cancel. These guys seem more chill. read more

Will never do business with Alpha Omega again. Have had them come out twice to treat carpenter ants that keep coming back. They were supposed to send someone out to fully investigate .. waited for over an hour for him to come .. he forgot. This is after leaving work early to meet him. So now, I still have carpenter ants and will be using someone else. Was offered a lot of excuses and no real apologies. Horrible customer service. read more

Herman was our technician on 11/12/2024. He arrived on time, explained what areas he would be spraying and which product he would be using. He checked around our property for signs of rodents or other pests. We was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Alpha Omega and Herman for your pest control. read more

We had canceled our bug killin contract with the national company about a year ago. They just kept creepin (pun intended) the price up all the time and they gave my wife a hard time if she asked them to spray the interior. I prefer to work local, so it was time for me to call Alpha Omega. I liked their family, Christian values they spoke of. We were not disappointed. Tom came out after hours on a 107deg day. Cordial and professional, he did his job well and explained to us why and what he was doing. The price was in line with the competition's, so that was OK also. We are very happy with having a local company we can depend on! read more

We returned from vacation to find 3 large wasp nests had formed along the eaves of our roof in several places. We called this company and they sent a technician the next day. He arrived at the minute he was scheduled! He inspected the area and suggested the best plan for removing the nests and protecting our property. There was no pressure to pay for anything we didn't want. We are very satisfied with their service, price, and attention to detail. read more

The previous owners of a home we purchased lied about a termite issue. This resulted in a horrific night where they came through the walls in our garage. I called Alpha Omega in a panic the next day as the bugs were still falling out of the wall and onto the floor. They responded and sent Jerry out the next day. Two days later he came and sent the little bastards back to hell. Treatment wasn't cheap but I've already seen the results and IT WORKS. Termites are not something you want to play with and Alpha and Omega has earned my business from now on. Be patient with them during the busy season though. Understandably, they get behind trying to help emergency cases like myself and sometimes need to reschedule appointments (most often to later times within the same day). read more

Alpha and Omega Pest Control was highly recommended to us for a WDI (termite inspection) before closing on a house because they have been servicing the Burleson area for many years. When it comes to dealing with pests, definitely choose a local business rather some national chain that isn't as familiar with your specific location. The technician was timely and knowledgeable and showed us exactly where there had been prior termite damage. When I called the office, Kristin was very sweet over phone. Our house is located on an acre with lots of trees, so I imagine we'll be working closely with Alpha and Omega for any future pest control issues. read more

These guys are amazing, I can't recommend Alpha and Omega enough. I was with EC0SHIELD for the last two years, reached out to them for a rodent issue, and once the tech learned it was going to be a challenge, he literally gave up and did not provide a quote. I was on a monthly contract and nope, they quit. I was referred to Alpha and Omega by a neighbor, called them and the next day their founder and President Tim was at my door, crawling through the most unreachable areas of my attic. He came up with an action plan, and within 5 days the problem was solved. Super affordable, super reliable. These guys have integrity, and are simply the best. read more

Over the course of time, I have needed our some serviced for ants. In TX, we all know fire ants are coming. PERIOD. and in my area, acrobat / nuisance ants are showing up to get a little water and out of the heat. ;) Based on previous work, Alpha and Omega was our first and only call. I am glad we did! The technician was thorough and professional. We have a new ant, the Carpenter kind. Our home has been treated for them as well as acrobat / nuisance and fire ants. We had additional questions and the owner was positive and responsive. Over all, great response, time, professionalism, and respect to the customer. read more

I have used this company for at least 20 years. First in Burleson, then from Granbury. They've been very good to us, we have liked and trusted all the techs that they've sent out to us. In that 20 years, I've only had to call them twice after having our maintenance spray; both times they were very responsive and gladly came and helped us out. When you find a company who's fair, effective, responsive, respectful and professional, yet friendly? You stick with them. read more

These guys are awful. Do not call them if you actually need someone to come out. We had to wait a week and a half for an appointment, which we were ok with. Then on the day of, had to take off work early to be home. 30 mins after appt time we called and were told the guy was finishing and would be there shortly. TWO HOURS LATER we called and no one answered. Called for two hours next morning and she didn't even care that no one showed up. Then wouldn't even make sure that someone was coming this morning. Pathetic. We canceled and will find another company that wants our business. We will never bother these guys again. read more

Highly recommend not using this company as they told me I have a bedbug problem when there is zero signs of them and Didn't bother to point out what they saw and especially not tell someone that has been traumatized by a past bedbug problem they have bedbugs and to top it off want to charge an ungodly amount of money that would likely not completely eliminate it. I paid a expert come out to get a second opinion to clear my mind and found absolutely nothing to indicate that we had bedbugs ever at all! Would definitely not recommend using this company at all. read more

This is an honest company who won't sell you something you don't need. They called me when I was due for regular service but didn't bug me (pun intended) to get something they didn't truly think would help me. Great service, great employees. read more

We have used them for years. Always quality service and reasonable prices. They will keep you bug and rodent free with no hassles. Far better all around value than any national company. Owner is a local guy and takes a lot of pride in operating a quality pest control service. read more
