I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rodent Retreat!

After buying a bag of dog food from a local retail store, we had a HUGE problem.. IT WAS SCARY. A & B came out and efficiently and calmly wrangled the bloodthirsty insects and allowed me to use my shed! They also consulted on an ant infestation inside the home, provided guidance on removing some old boards that were prone to insect activity and sprayed the yard and house for general bugs/cockroaches. They were extremely responsive via phone and followed up by text the day of the appointment. They are a 35+ year family business and I like having them in my neighborhood.
