Five stars. Highly recommend I am taking the time to write…read morea review of Results Pest control, because YOU SHOULD KNOW about how wonderful this company is. I've lived in the same home, in far North Arlington, for 19 years and I have had a squirrel issue that has been getting worse with each year. I've made so many attempts to work with the fact that they destroy my home and make nests inside my attic and areas I cannot access. I am in a heavily wooded area and my two-story home is on a steep hill and very difficult to work on. I have sought professional help in the past and I've not been happy with the outcome. This year, things got out of control. The squirrels damaged my roof, my soffits, and my gutters. Their point of entry was where the power lines come into the second story and it was too much for me to address, myself. After I found a squirrel in the kitchen cabinets, I had a come-to-J moment and decided that I needed to resolve this issue, at all costs. After asking for references on FB and Next-door, I was led to Results LLC. They came out and gave me a free quote and they went to work the very next day. I cannot explain how thorough these guys were. They put up traps, addressed my roof damage, repaired soffits, and completely rectified my infestation. They were here for days, and they had a challenge in finding matching roof tiles to integrate into my 1977 Spanish tile. But they were able to source the exact tiles & fully fixed all of my issues - 100%. I chose to spend a substantial amount of $$ over the cost of the quote, in order to obtain a three-year warranty that will bring these guys back out at the drop of a dime (that's a Phone Call for you millennials...). That warranty was optional and there wasn't any pressure to purchase it. I made that decision based on the wonderful work they've performed. I have no worries that these guys will honor their warranty, based on thoroughness of their work. I couldn't be happier with the integrity of their work and the "Results" speak for themselves. Wish there were more companies with this type of ethic. Couldn't speak higher of these guys!

Our home has an unacceptable number of spiders inside the house and in the garage, that after months of complaints and several re-treatments, have actually increased in numbers. I understand that there are regulations around spraying for pests in the rain, but there have been ample opportunities to come before or after inclement weather to address our concerns. I am not sure if your company is understaffed or just unorganized, but it has affected the "Local Small Business" feel that you initially sold me on. I have a number of text messages and phone calls between you and my wife about our pest issues over the last several months, including recently where you mistakenly referred to her as "Babe." After expressing my frustration yesterday you assured me that you would make it out even if it was going to be late, or Sunday if not. I asked you to message me when you were on your way, at which point I assumed you would make our house a priority. I have not heard from you since that conversation. I have already reviewed our contract and see the cancellation policy disclosed, which I assume you are not going to uphold considering the circumstances. I have already spent in excess of $850 with your company since December with very little to show, and will not be carrying out the remaining months or financial obligation of our agreement. UPDATE: HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, DANIEL, WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS AFTER CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD $727 WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

Wildlife X Team was an absolute nightmare--unresponsive, ineffective, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. I initially paid them to handle a rat problem in my attic, only to be left with the same issue and an even bigger headache. After multiple visits, the issue was never resolved. The technician who was supposed to be my point of contact stopped responding, and when I finally reached him, he told me he no longer worked for the company. When I tried contacting the main office via email and phone, I was met with silence. With no response from the company, I submitted a credit card dispute and forgot about it. When I finally got a hold of someone (after being criticized for using the very email address listed on my invoice and their email signature), they sent out another representative. Instead of actually addressing the problem, he provided a new estimate for $21,000--a staggering price for a job they should have already completed. Management was rude, dismissive, and completely unaccountable throughout every interaction. They were difficult to work with from start to finish, showing no real interest in resolving the issue. The office manager eventually agreed to issue a refund and wrote me a check--but it was rejected by the bank. Had the check cleared, I would have canceled the credit card dispute. Instead, when they found out about the dispute, the office manager called me, yelled at me, and was downright degrading. It was beyond unprofessional and only confirmed how poorly this company is run. Rather than deal with their incompetence any longer, I hired a local vendor who completely resolved the issue for just $273.63. Wildlife X Team is a rip-off. They overcharge, underdeliver, ignore their customers, and treat them with outright disrespect. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable local business like Pest Pro, Terminix, or literally anyone else.
