They come out usually one per month; however, if you run out of the control agent, you're stranded for a few days. I called Monday and was told by one of the office staff that we would have a refill by Friday or before. I actually clarified that we were at our home in S. Texas and she confirmed that someone would be out to refill. Today, Friday, no one has arrived and when I called the Houston office, I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding and the staff member probably thought I meant our Corsicana home location. I explained that the staff member confirmed with me the location was in S. Texas. I was that the Corsicana visit today was all that was showing on schedule. There was no offer to have someone come out and refill, no apology, and no indication when to expect someone or cofirm an appointment. Few business owners understand that quality customer service and consistency is what will put them at the forefront of competition.
