I should say that I am hard to please.

We immediately called and told them the mistake, but the calls and texts and emails persisted, trying to get us to pay for services that literally never happened. As of writing this I've called and spoken to someone twice about this and was told management would reach out to confirm it has been resolved. This hasn't happened. I had a termite problem about two years ago and called Orkin first to see what their price was to come take care of the situation. I then called Shepherd and their price ended up being almost half of what Orkin was going to charge. They used to do monthly pest spraying for me, but I had to cut that services when I was going through a divorce and lost my job not too long after that. It had nothing to do with them. They've also come out and looked at a few possible problems that I had and gave me their opinion on how to handle the situation. If I can use a local person or local company to do work, I will do the local company over a national company any day. I'll especially use Shepherd Pest over a major company like Orkin.

I was shopping for a termite treatment for a rental property in Mesquite…read more I have a contract on the home and the inspector- who is also licensed in pest control- found termites in one spot and the buyer wanted it treated. So I started looking at Home Advisor, Angie's List, etc... and I couldn't find anyone who could give me a quote over the phone, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to be done. I also didn't want to drive the hour round trip to find out it was a bait and switch, or a massive upsell. Finally, I decided to look at Yelp* and I am so glad I did. I found Bernard White who owns All Pro Pest Control. Bernard did several things that I liked- First he listened to my problem. Then he listened to my solution. Then he said he understood exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price. A firm price, based on the scope of the work. We set up a date for him to come and confirm the work needed, confirm the price and actually do the work in ONE TRIP. Bless you, Bernard! A man of integrity who actually listens to the customers wants and needs and delivers! However, on that date, it had been raining heavily, and while Bernard was willing, I waved him off, saying it wasn't an emergency and could wait till it dried out so he would not have to slog in the mud outside. We waited a few days and then on the day it worked for both of us he sent his awesome son Clayton to start the job, with Bernard following up to do the paperwork and billing. I must say Clayton is a very personable you man with impeccable manners and excellent communication skills. Bernard and his Lovely Wife have something to be really proud of. Yes, I rarely would gush over something as pedestrian as pest control, but I can't help but give a major shout out to Bernard, Clayton and All-Pro Pest Control.
