Very few places do you get the customer service that Justin and Clayton provide to their customers. I have been using them for probably close to 20 years. I used their services at the tow different animal clinics I managed because they use pet friendly chemicals, as well as, I have used them for two homes I have owned. I've just never met someone who provides a service to me that is so gregarious and nice as these two guys. When I moved to Little Elm, I did not realize they would came out this far and I used a different company who failed miserably because I still had ants. I realized I could use them in Little Elm and they came out, and of course I never saw an ant again. They will always be my go to pest control company and I would recommend them to everyone! This company is NOT reliable. I called them last October, they came and did my interior, but bc it was raining they said they'd come back the next week to do the exterior, they never came back. I called them in March to find out why they hadn't been back to complete what they started in October and to find out why we hadn't had our next quarterly appointment. They said they were short staffed and would send someone out ASAP. They finally came again in April. The next time I heard from them was today, September, asking if they could come for my "quarterly service". Told them it has been 5 months since they've been here and asked why they aren't coming quarterly, they said they are short staffed, same excuse. In Texas, if you only spray for bugs every 5 months you'll get things coming into your house. They never attempted to tell me my service would be delayed or even to apologize for not keeping up with their service. Very, very disappointing. read more

So, it the final straw! On March 8th, I was making a sandwich and a roach climbed on top of it as a was getting mustard out of my fridge. YUCK! That marks over a month since All Pro has come to allegedly spray my house to remedy my bug problem. They came out to spray two times to kill the German roaches... supposedly. I spent $300! I was preparing for a huge party and eas literally on bug watch the whole night. We had to kill a few bugs on party night. Now, I have used this company before for years with no problems. Before, it was one time spray and I was a happy camper. This time we had a few problems. First visit, the bug guy comes and he has a jacket with no logo over his actual uniform. Ok, you look a little suspect, especially when u have no equipment with you. Also, I was charged partial payment, when I was told it would be the full amount on the first visit and they would set-up my next appointment once he left... I had to call them. Second visit, the receptionist failed to inform me the guy was coming earlier than my time frame window she gave. When I called, she said a really big job came up... ummm, Ok! Was my time not important enough to give me a heads up? Couldn't I have gotten a phone call to let me know? It is March 10th and I called All Pro to see what they could do about my continuous roach/bug problem. The receptionist said let me talk to my manager I will call you back in 20 minutes... it is over 2 hours later.... hence this review. read more

I was shopping for a termite treatment for a rental property in Mesquite. I have a contract on the home and the inspector- who is also licensed in pest control- found termites in one spot and the buyer wanted it treated. So I started looking at Home Advisor, Angie's List, etc... and I couldn't find anyone who could give me a quote over the phone, even though I knew exactly what I wanted to be done. I also didn't want to drive the hour round trip to find out it was a bait and switch, or a massive upsell. Finally, I decided to look at Yelp* and I am so glad I did. I found Bernard White who owns All Pro Pest Control. Bernard did several things that I liked- First he listened to my problem. Then he listened to my solution. Then he said he understood exactly what I was looking for and quoted me a price. A firm price, based on the scope of the work. We set up a date for him to come and confirm the work needed, confirm the price and actually do the work in ONE TRIP. Bless you, Bernard! A man of integrity who actually listens to the customers wants and needs and delivers! However, on that date, it had been raining heavily, and while Bernard was willing, I waved him off, saying it wasn't an emergency and could wait till it dried out so he would not have to slog in the mud outside. We waited a few days and then on the day it worked for both of us he sent his awesome son Clayton to start the job, with Bernard following up to do the paperwork and billing. I must say Clayton is a very personable you man with impeccable manners and excellent communication skills. Bernard and his Lovely Wife have something to be really proud of. Yes, I rarely would gush over something as pedestrian as pest control, but I can't help but give a major shout out to Bernard, Clayton and All-Pro Pest Control. I have had a major ant problem the past couple years due to rain, and All Pro has been great (I went with another company before). It took a while to get it under control because the ants seemed to love crawling around inside my house, but All Pro was always able to come out within a day or two to retreat the problem areas. I had a nest of yellow jackets underground in my backyard. The exterminators did have to come out twice, but they honored their warranty and now all the yellow jackets are dead, which is what matters. I went out of my way to use All Pro Pest Control Services, Owned by Bernard. We are buying a house and trying to keep our money in our community. 1) We had a Saturday 10am inspection scheduled. Not only did they stand us up, but Bernard called in the afternoon with nothing but excuses about why. He blamed it on others outside his company any everything. Trying to stick with them, we rescheduled for today at 10am. 2) The servicer, SON OF THE OWNER, called AFTER 10am and leisurely stated that they would be here around 10:30 due to traffic. I asked him to do his best to be here closer to our appointment time, out of respect for the elderly homeowners who are inconvenienced. The man told me I could find another company or wait for him to get there. The owner's son even hung up in my face. DO NOT RISK LOOKING UNPROFESSIONAL TO YOUR CLIENTS OR ANYONE ELSE by using All Pro Pest Control. How deeply offensive and unprofessional. 3) They were priced higher than competitors but we still went with their company because they were recommended by our wonderful home inspector and are Black-owned.
