As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

We had carpenter ants in our attic above the master bath. Our inspector was very professional and…read moreseemed to understand the carpenter ant problem we had. After the service, we noticed no change in the number of carpenter ants so we called in the warranty. The next technician was a different guy who started spraying in our living room. We told him where the ants were but he continued spraying floorboards on the other side of the house. He had clearly not been told of the issue. As far as I'm aware no one even went into the attic. Of course, we have seen no change if not an increase in the number of carpenter ants now 4 weeks later. It's very hard these days to get a service without signing up for a subscription. I get these are profit-maximizing organizations, but man can we not get a single individual problem cared for without signing up for a subscription? I don't want a monthly service, I want the problem treated and dealt with. It's not a complicated solution.
