Wildlife X Team was an absolute nightmare--unresponsive, ineffective, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. I initially paid them to handle a rat problem in my attic, only to be left with the same issue and an even bigger headache. After multiple visits, the issue was never resolved. The technician who was supposed to be my point of contact stopped responding, and when I finally reached him, he told me he no longer worked for the company. When I tried contacting the main office via email and phone, I was met with silence. With no response from the company, I submitted a credit card dispute and forgot about it. When I finally got a hold of someone (after being criticized for using the very email address listed on my invoice and their email signature), they sent out another representative. Instead of actually addressing the problem, he provided a new estimate for $21,000--a staggering price for a job they should have already completed. Management was rude, dismissive, and completely unaccountable throughout every interaction. They were difficult to work with from start to finish, showing no real interest in resolving the issue. The office manager eventually agreed to issue a refund and wrote me a check--but it was rejected by the bank. Had the check cleared, I would have canceled the credit card dispute. Instead, when they found out about the dispute, the office manager called me, yelled at me, and was downright degrading. It was beyond unprofessional and only confirmed how poorly this company is run. Rather than deal with their incompetence any longer, I hired a local vendor who completely resolved the issue for just $273.63. Wildlife X Team is a rip-off. They overcharge, underdeliver, ignore their customers, and treat them with outright disrespect. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable local business like Pest Pro, Terminix, or literally anyone else.

Five stars. Highly recommend I am taking the time to write…read morea review of Results Pest control, because YOU SHOULD KNOW about how wonderful this company is. I've lived in the same home, in far North Arlington, for 19 years and I have had a squirrel issue that has been getting worse with each year. I've made so many attempts to work with the fact that they destroy my home and make nests inside my attic and areas I cannot access. I am in a heavily wooded area and my two-story home is on a steep hill and very difficult to work on. I have sought professional help in the past and I've not been happy with the outcome. This year, things got out of control. The squirrels damaged my roof, my soffits, and my gutters. Their point of entry was where the power lines come into the second story and it was too much for me to address, myself. After I found a squirrel in the kitchen cabinets, I had a come-to-J moment and decided that I needed to resolve this issue, at all costs. After asking for references on FB and Next-door, I was led to Results LLC. They came out and gave me a free quote and they went to work the very next day. I cannot explain how thorough these guys were. They put up traps, addressed my roof damage, repaired soffits, and completely rectified my infestation. They were here for days, and they had a challenge in finding matching roof tiles to integrate into my 1977 Spanish tile. But they were able to source the exact tiles & fully fixed all of my issues - 100%. I chose to spend a substantial amount of $$ over the cost of the quote, in order to obtain a three-year warranty that will bring these guys back out at the drop of a dime (that's a Phone Call for you millennials...). That warranty was optional and there wasn't any pressure to purchase it. I made that decision based on the wonderful work they've performed. I have no worries that these guys will honor their warranty, based on thoroughness of their work. I couldn't be happier with the integrity of their work and the "Results" speak for themselves. Wish there were more companies with this type of ethic. Couldn't speak higher of these guys!

Originally Brad, the technician, treated the inside and outside of the house. He was very knowledgable and friendly. Since that time I have no ants and no other bugs. The company provides exceptional service and I absolutely recommend Termite King for anyone needing pest control. Jeane Petersen

Wow, where to actually start! We moved into our new home 2.5 years ago. Within two weeks, we found…read moreout that we had swarming carpenter Ants. We called two other companies, with no relief, and the problem actually got worse after their treatments! Brad came out to our home the next day after we called him and he performed the most thorough home inspection out of the three companies, and even better than our initial home inspector for our loan! Brad told us that he would hate to add another treatment to our regiment as perhaps the other companies method would just take another week or two, so I thought that was incredibly ethical on his part! However, this mother did not want any more flying (HUGE) ants in my son's bedroom anymore and asked him to perform whatever he thought would do the trick. After he discussed his treatment plan with us, it was that same week that he was back to treat the issue and noticed that we had someone out already to cut back one of our Oaks that was leaning on the house. All of his advice/treatment WORKED!! We have never been so happy to get those damaging pests out of our home and we have had zero trace of them ever since! Brad has provided our family with regular pest control care (every two months) with organic and non-organic options, (per our request and preferences) and we simply do not have any bug issues at all! He regularly checks our attic, and lets us know if any maintenance on our house needs to be completed as well, regardless of whether it impacts our bug community or not! I have referred him to two other families in our neighborhood and they could not be more pleased with their termite problems being resolved. Ethical. Prompt. Professional. Reliable. Courteous. Hands down, we will never use anyone else but Brad with Termite King.
