They were extremely responsive via phone and followed up by text the day of the appointment. They are a 35+ year family business and I like having them in my neighborhood.

Just before Thanksgiving, my aunt told me that a skunk was trapped behind her house. She could see…read moreit from afar but wasn't used to this particular creature being in the trap. She contacted a well-known nationwide chain to come out the day after Thanksgiving. But when the quote was $600, she said she would find an alternate option. I checked in with her after the holiday, and she was concerned because the skunk had been in there for a few days with no solution in sight. Although I was driving across four states at the time, I contacted DFW Wildlife Control, which was extremely swift to respond via text message and its quote was a fraction of the big chain's. The company was also kind enough to let me subsidize the cost to my aunt using a very convenient online pay system. For quick, humane service and results, I highly recommend this great company.

I called several exterminators, and they all wanted payment up front with no guarantee that they…read morewould locate and dispose of the dead animal in my attic. They said that if it is located in a remote area or behind the walls, they will not be able to extract it. I decided to call Dallas-Fort Worth Wildlife Control, and I spoke with Randall. He said he will do everything possible to locate and remove the dead animal. I asked him what made him so sure he could do it, and his reply was, "Over 20 years of experience, that's how." Randall showed up at the house, and I was not very impressed with him because he came in a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers, and a white bucket. I asked him, "Don't you need more equipment?" he smiled and said, "This is it.". Within minutes, he located the source of the smell, and the dead possum was in my AC ducts. Any other company would have declared that they couldn't extract the dead animal and walked away. Randall and Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control are not like those other companies. This is where passion and over twenty years of experience kick in, and Randall demonstrated the know-how and get-it-done attitude. He improvised with coat hangers, and when that didn't work, he used a saw cutter and gained access to the air duct and successfully removed the dead possum. I highly recommend Randall for his dedication and commitment to seeing the job done. Don't waste your time wondering if those other companies can do the job , just call Randall at Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control and be assured a knowledgeable, passionate professional will try everything possible to help you.

Customer service is horrible. I asked the sales rep specifically about how they handle mud wasps,…read moresnap traps inside the house, and what they would do for fire ants. The rep totally misrepresented everything. He said they would kill, remove and clean all traces of mud wasps, then spray a deterrent. False. They can only knock off a bit and aren't allowed to actually clean the wall and do not spray deterrent either. Was then quoted $2500 if I wanted them to put snap traps inside the house. Not included as they initially confirmed. And the fire ants are so much worse since DANCAN. I was also told I could cancel whenever, no mention of a 12 month contract from the extremely misleading door to door rep. I went to buy more of what I had that was working from Lowe's instead and requested to cancel. No one calls back. Text support says they will cancel it and have a manager call me. It's been weeks of this and I'm now getting emails that they are trying to come service the address and bill me again. This is absurd.
