We tried giving the treatment sometime to work but our bugs have gotten worse. I reached out to them on yelp (the same we we have been communicating) and now they are ignoring my message (I've messaged once asking about a guarantee). We have since moved to terminex and they are amazing. Came and sprayed and our house didn't smell. We have seen one spider since and they are coming back to spray free of charge. Initial review After moving into our new home we looked around at a couple places. We decided to go with bonds and we are so happy. Our technician was a few minutes early and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed indoors and outdoors and answered all of our questions. We also appreciate that there is a no contract option. If you are looking for a great pest control company with amazing customer service, these are your guys!

We even had to reschedule from an early morning time to one later in the afternoon and he was very flexible. Upon arrival he introduced himself and presented my wife with a card to confirm who he was before entering our home. The service provided today was fast and efficient and are we truly pleased. We have been set up in his system as a reoccurring home for his services to ensure these country critters stay out of our home. Along with these Texas ants that love to come and play. The exterminator contracted by the complex just does the bare minimum - probably fine at prevention as long as your place is clean, but not useful against an infestation already underway. I searched Yelp for an exterminator and Mars was able to send someone out the next day! Joseph arrived and explained the 4 different chemicals being used and what they do. One of them was a bait and would draw them out so that the other 3 chemicals could "attack". After he was finished spraying, I struck up a conversation and as we were chatting, those suckers were coming out of the woodwork. Gave me serious heebie jeebies but the good thing was, they were twitching and dying. For a few days after that I was vacuuming up dead ones, gross but HALLELUJAH! He came back out 1 week later to do a final "whammy" and I've seen a total of 2 live ones since the first round. That is nothing compared! I highly recommend Mars for their pest control service, and if I should ever find myself in need of any other services they offer - I'll give them a try!
